Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Aus dem ehemaligen Küchenhaus ist ein gemütliches Ferienhäuschen geworden - und wir möchten euch einladen, unsere Gäste zu sein.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Living on the estate

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. In the lower part of the building there is a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and hall

We rent out our cozy apartment under thatch with its own garden. The Postsee with swimming area is only 5 minutes away and the Baltic Sea is only 30 minutes away. A real gem with goats, heather and chickens to relax for couples or families.

A few minutes to the lake and the center

Small, clear, ground-level two-room apartment in a really central location of Eutin. The relatively well-established, small front garden of the house may be used. The Baltic Sea to the beach is about 15 minutes by car.
