Holiday rentals with a patio in Plovanija

Super, appartamento moderno e pulito. Posizione centrale molto comoda. Host consigliato.

Dit huisje is een echte parel midden in de natuur!! Als je rust zoekt, moet je daar zijn. Wij verbleven met onze zoon (2,5) en hond enkele dagen bij Francesco, Antonella en Olivo. Ze zijn super aardig en we mochten van alles gebruiken: (mega) tuin, BBQ, pool,…daarnaast verwende Antonella ons met haar heerlijke cake en appelstrudel. Er is zelfs een kleine zandstrand in de buurt. Je moet wel 20 minuten rijden, maar het is het waard… ik kan het huisje iedereen aanraden!

Tanja's place is a great spot to stay when visiting Izola. It's within walking distance of the promenade and beaches, and it includes a parking spot—a rare find during peak season. The apartment is very well equipped for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The outdoor area is a bonus, complete with furniture and a gas BBQ. Tanja is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming. She shared freshly picked cherries and wine with us, and we had a lovely evening together. As a sweet farewell gesture, she even gave our son a plush toy. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Appartement ist wunderschön, super eingerichtet und sauber! Die Lage und die Gastgeberinnen fantastisch und wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt! Danke für alles, wir kommen wieder! ❤️

Esperienza ottima. Siamo arrivati all una di notte senza nessun problema, Ivan mi ha reso le cose semplici, L alloggio di Ivan è in una buona posizione per spostarsi o per cercare nei dintorni. La casa è pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Ivan sempre positivo alle domande poste e sempre carino! La Croazia è stupenda! Super consigliato

Unser Aufenthalt bei René war echt schön! Es gab alles was man braucht. Man konnte auch alles gut zu Fuß erreichen (Supermarkt, Zentrum, Restaurants, Strand...) Den Abend haben wir gerne mit dem Whirlpool ausklingen lassen. Empfehlenswert! 👍🏽

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at Tatjana’s beautiful Airbnb. The instructions were very easy and Tatjana was very friendly/communicative in helping us arrive with no issues. The location is beautiful and the apartment was absolutely stunning! We particularly love the view with the patio/seating area and had a lovely evening. Thank you very much Tatjana and we would definitely love to stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here. It's airy, spacious and has everything you need. Our son really appreciated the toys and we loved the massive sofa. Everything you need is within walking distance and it's centrally located for visiting other areas along the coast. highly recommended

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Ales et son épouse dans ce très beau logement paisible à la campagne mais proche de commerces. Très propre et bien décoré. Tout le nécessaire pour un merveilleux séjour s'y trouve dès l'arrivée. Je vous le recommande !

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Nettes kleines Apartment in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern und zudem noch sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Goran war auch immer freundlich und sehr schnell.

Elena war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war stets gut erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Great place. Had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Simon was very helpful. Getting in was a little tricky but mainly because we arrived at night. Simon provided good photo instructions but, again, at night, well, it was dark - not his fault. A warning: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. That was no problem for us (and maybe that's in the listing) but it's something to consider if you're older and/or have a disability. But otherwise, it's a great apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ennios Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, man hat unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und gleichzeitig genießt man die Ruhe des kleinen Fischerdorfes. Die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen, egal ob in der kleinen Bar um die Ecke, im Restaurant oder im tollen Fischladen nebenan. Wir haben es genossen, den Abend auf dem kleinen Balkon zu verbringen. Bei einem Glas Wein oder Prosecco (lieben Dank Ennio) schaut man auf die Boote in der Marina und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Für uns der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Annalisa und Sandro waren äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und stets schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön blitzsauber, und hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt über dem Hafen.

wir hatten 10 wunderbaren Tage in Andrej's Wohnung. die Terrasse ist ein Traum um zu Frühstücken oder am Abend noch zu lesen etc. die Umgebung war bei uns sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr klug ausgedachte und gestaltetes Raumkonzept in dem wir uns schnell sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt haben. Andrej hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr schnell geholfen. die Anfahrt war für uns mit dem Auto zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kein Problem, da wir ein sehr kleines Auto haben. wenn man noch einen Kinderwagen braucht ist ein kleines leichtes Modell praktischer, da die Stufen recht eng sind um einen kinderwagen in die Wohnung zu tragen. wir haben den Aufenthalt im ganzen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The apartment was not only beautifully equipped but also stocked with thoughtful touches that went beyond our expectations—backpacks, coffee, olive oil, and everything we could possibly need. The building itself and its surroundings added to the charm, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking, making every moment spent there unforgettable. A special mention to Michael, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. His support made everything even more seamless and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his attentiveness. We had a wonderful time, feeling completely at ease and enjoying every bit of our stay. Thank you for providing such a well-thought-out and inviting space. We would love to return in the future!

After spending nights in 15 different hotels throughout Croatia and Slovenia it was a such joy to walk into Suzana’s place and have it all to ourselves for 5 nights. Although the space is compact it is extremely well-designed and very functional with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is a great location with a 10 min downhill walk into the centre of Piran. We loved being close to the centre but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We spent the afternoons reading on the gorgeous patio and then walked back into town for dinner. We didn’t have a car but there is a car spot out front if you have a car. Tony and Suzana went out of their way to assist us and gave us lots of good advice on things to see and places to eat. I would absolutely recommend Suzana’s place to anyone visiting Piran but be prepared to walk up and down hills!
