Jeff was very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely rebook the next time I'm in town for work. It's cozy, quiet and a few minutes walk to everything in Quincy.

We booked last minute on memorial weekend. Our daughter has a summer job in Truckee so we were driving her from Idaho. Is at the end he of town, quiet, easy access. We missed how to get in (where clearly in the instructions). Dusti was quick to respond - even in the busy weekend!

The lofts in Downieville are airy, clean, and well-outfitted. The bed is comfortable, and the queen fold-out in the living room worked well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Downieville is our favorite place to visit in California and Sonya's lofts offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect home for our golf trip. Amenities were as listed. Kitchen was stocked. Host was quick to response. Everyone in our group was impressed and wants to come back. We plan to come back again next year.

A perfect home for anyone who wants to embrace the beauty of nature, relax, whip up delicious meals, sleep comfortably, walk/hike, and play to your heart’s content! Our two families (4 adults, 4 kids) had a blast! The adults were able to cook, eat, and enjoy each other’s company while embracing the outdoors. The kids were never bored - between walks, hikes, pickleball, mini golf, arcade games, and more - they were active and enjoying life! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. The yard is so fun!! The host is responsive, helpful, accommodating, and friendly! Just know that there is not a working hot tub (photos show it, but it’s not an amenity). The house is perfectly located - walkable to town with its fun shops. This is the perfect house for a getaway!! Stay here, you’ll love it! :)

Amanda is the most responsive host I have ever dealt with. She is amazing and ridiculously responsive-from buying fans to stave off spring bugs that I was concerned about, fresh flowers, chocolate, cookies and a sweet note on our arrival, tennis racquets for the local club, beach towels, toys for the kids…..she even researched recipes when I was confused how to cook on the griddle and knowing that we might be washing sheets, left us spare sheets. I could go on and on and on but I am going to run out of characters. Suffice to say, you will be pampered in a beautiful house when you stay here. The perfect 5 star rating is well deserved. We were a group of 5 college friends in the area for a wedding and we felt like we lucked out with this peaceful and cozy place! The house was well appointed in general and the kitchen was completely stocked. The stream was a little too cold for us to enjoy the swimming hole but in the summer, it would be a must! Ember and her family were extremely helpful and friendly as were their two beautiful Golden Retrievers!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The view is incredible, it’s peaceful and quiet as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice peaceful getaway.

Clean and comfortable. Well appointed and supplied. Great place to come back to rest after long days exploring the beauty of the region.

Excellent housing, everything you need is available, the forge is fully equipped. The linen is clean, the beds are very comfortable. The only negative is the lower floor, the game room is cold, they couldn’t adjust the heat.

This place is better than the picture! Nice designer furniture and just an overall great vibe. Samantha and Eric was super helpful and friendly, we will come back here for sure!

Great stay. It was nice to be within a short walk of downtown Truckee. Very clean, modern, well appointed apartment . Good quality towels, linens, TV, etc. Hosts were very responsive and we were able to extend our stay when snow storm rolled into town. Main living area on 1st floor was small but totally adequate for the 3 of us. Only small call-out is the noise at night. The train came through town much more often than I imagined - sound woke up my husband each night, but ear plugs helped. There was also a lot of activity and noise from the Cal Trans lot (across the street from front entrance), mostly early morning after the storm. That being said, we would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed at Julianna's place and we always find it enjoyable and convenient location. In particular we love being close to Donner lake and Truckee. Julianna is an excellent host and my husband and I recommend her condo to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The place is super clean, spacious and comfortable. Taylor was very responsive to the needs. I'd recommend staying at Taylor's place.
