Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Poble Nou

Magnifique maison avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Il ne manque absolument rien. Un accueil chaleureux de Manuel, son Papa, qui habite juste à côté. Il a été d‘une grande générosité et gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’échange que nous avons pu avoir avec lui. Nous aurions mis le double de points si nous aurions pu. Si on passe à nouveau dans la région nous n’hésiterons pas de revenir.

Uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que me he alojado, sin duda. El apartamento es simplemente espectacular: amplio, decorado con gusto, lleno de luz y con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. Si vuelvo a Valencia, repetiré sin pensarlo. Olga ha sido una anfitriona de 10: amable, flexible y con una comunicación fluida y superfácil desde el primer momento. Se nota que cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Fuimos con una peque y fue ideal: escaleras seguras, trona, cuna, bañera, ¡hasta pañales y toallitas! Las camas son comodísimas y el sofá... Es de esos lugares que no quieres dejar. Ha superado todas las expectativas del grupo! Gracias por una estancia tan perfecta, Olga :)

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

El apartamento estuvo genial, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía agradable y cómoda. Se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro, así que llegar al centro es sencillo. Es muy espacioso y acogedor, sin duda volveremos!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. Such a nice place to stay. Everything looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean/comfortable. Self check-in was a huge plus as was the responsiveness of the host. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Tom’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. Tom was super responsive and replied to our messages quickly. The location is also really convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes to the nearest Consum market. The apartment was very well kept and we found it easy to get into, it was close to the station so we were able to leave as and when we liked and enjoy our day. The apartment was well stocked for us to eat at home with utensils and plates, also to enjoy a night in watching tv, it was all very good!

Realmente un gusto quedarse en lo de Cris, ella es SUPER amigable y se preocupa en todo momento por que uno se sienta como en casa. Había disponible agua cafe y otros productos para consumir los cuales Cristina mantenía siempre repuestos y a demás de charlas muy amenas siempre me dió buenas indicaciones para moverme por valencia. La verdad un gusto quedarme con Cris, espero volver a Valencia y de ser así trataría de volver a quedarme con ella!! Olvide comentar que toda la casa (especialmente el baño) estaba super limpio.

Carls Apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Valencia. We worked remotely a couple of days and basically spent the whole day on the terrace! The sunroof is perfect to give you a nice cosy spot to work while having a great view. The apartment was also very clean and it was really easy to communicate with Carl. Can recommend!

Super netter Kontakt mit einer extra Hilfe per Telefon. Unterkunft war absolut sauber und in sehr guter Lage. Städtische Probleme sind der Natur geschuldet und kann das Airbnb nichts für. Insbesondere die Terazza zum frühstücken und beisammen sitzen ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Gerne wieder!

Aline and Juan are two great hosts. They took the time to get to know me and gave me the direct feeling I could make their place home during my stay. Definitely would come back when visiting Valencia.

Harald’s place, right in the heart of Ruzafa, is such a perfect location from which to venture out and see Valencia. Most things are only a :20 walk, including the old city, the Grand Market, La Lonja, the Micalet, and even the Calatrava Palace of Arts & Science. But Ruzafa is also buzzing with nightlife, great restaurants, and culture. And, there’s an awesome market - Mercado De Ruzafa - about a one minute walk up the road. We stayed here for a week while chaperoning our son who was at a local camp. My husband and I ventured out most days and then he worked remotely during the evenings. We couldn’t have found a more perfect, comfortable, safe, fun, and all-around fantastic place than Harald’s. (@Harald - Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for answering some of our more unusual questions about what life is like living in Valencia! Your place is great, comfortable, and we love your design aesthetic!!)

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Juan est particulièrement accueillant, sympathique et attentionné. L’appartement est parfait : calme, avec une superbe vue dégagée, proche d’un immense parc, très bien équipé et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails : café, boissons, lait, gâteaux, gel douche, shampoing, armoire à pharmacie, … Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement Juan et je louerai son appartement à nouveau sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci, tout était formidable.

Estuvimos encantados con el lugar, la playa a unos minutos caminando y pudimos usar la piscina también. El piso está muy bien equipado, amplio y limpio. Todo excelente 😃

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

Von der Ankuft bis zur Abreise, unser Aufenthalt bei Pilar war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden freundlich von ihr empfangen und haben hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für unseren Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Valencia von ihr erhalten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Zu Fuss ist man in kurzer Zeit überall, es ist auch sehr einfach, Fahrräder oder Taxis zu organisieren, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
