Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. There's absolutely nothing missing. A warm welcome from Manuel, his dad, who lives right next door. He was very generous and kind. We greatly appreciated the exchange we had with him. We would have put in double the points if we could. If we pass through the region again, we won't hesitate to come back.

The apartment was great, it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is close to the subway station, so getting to the center is easy. It's very spacious and cozy, we'll definitely be back!

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Very nice accommodation. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom, but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was okay for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

The accommodation was as advertised, a double room down and three more up (one of two beds and two double) one of the double ones upstairs was huge with a bathtub in the middle of the room. Only one glue, none of the rooms had operating air conditioning, if it was in the upstairs hallway and the one in the living room. Turning on could cool the rooms a little, but with a lot of heat you have to sleep with all the doors open to be able to sleep. Ojo, the garage is enough for a normal car, but if it's a little long the thing gets complicated. Our car is 4.80 long and I don't advise it to be much longer to avoid what happened to us being told to the back wall of the garage and made almost a hole (totally our fault). I really would have loved to have enjoyed the house for more days.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

Everything went great. Javier is a great host. As for the location, it is perfect if you want to be quiet on the outskirts of the big city and very close at the same time. There are options for running and cycling routes. And it's great to end the day in the pool.

We had a great stay at Tom’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. Tom was super responsive and replied to our messages quickly. The location is also really convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes to the nearest Consum market. The apartment was very well kept and we found it easy to get into, it was close to the station so we were able to leave as and when we liked and enjoy our day. The apartment was well stocked for us to eat at home with utensils and plates, also to enjoy a night in watching tv, it was all very good!

I loved my stay here. Carlos is very friendly, kind and funny, he made me feel right at home. The communication was great and he is available with anything you need during your stay. The house is super clean and you even get your own bathroom with everything you would need and more! You also get a small breakfast every morning, and it's amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Aline and Juan are two great hosts. They took the time to get to know me and gave me the direct feeling I could make their place home during my stay. Definitely would come back when visiting Valencia.

It was very close to the subway, there are parks nearby and you can get to the airport in no time by taking the subway. Both the room and the apartment were super clean and tidy, the room had everything you needed (fan, blankets, table lamp, window with blind) and Mari offered me coffee for breakfast before leaving, very hospitable and friendly. I came with a 17-month-old baby, my first choice was a boarding house, but they gave me problems for going as an adult alone with a baby. Mari didn't give me any problems and, although the bed is single, the mattress and pillow were very comfortable and with the elevator I could go up to the apartment without any problems. The apartment block is very good, it has a nice and well-kept entrance with plenty of space if you go with suitcases. Both the room and the host are highly recommended, the price is super reasonable and it is wonderful, I recommend it 😊

Enrique's place is close to all of the great sights in Valencia. We loved being able to walk to the Central Market and get fresh food every morning. It is also close to the Cathedral. If you are in Valencia to see the sights and eat paella, this is the place to book. There is a washer and dryer (separate appliances), which is rare, and it is very useful when traveling with a baby. The apartment also has a dish washer, which is also very useful when there are lots of bottles to wash. Lastly, Enrique was very accommodating. We ran out of detergent and dish washing detergent and he resupplied us the next day.

Harald’s place, right in the heart of Ruzafa, is such a perfect location from which to venture out and see Valencia. Most things are only a :20 walk, including the old city, the Grand Market, La Lonja, the Micalet, and even the Calatrava Palace of Arts & Science. But Ruzafa is also buzzing with nightlife, great restaurants, and culture. And, there’s an awesome market - Mercado De Ruzafa - about a one minute walk up the road. We stayed here for a week while chaperoning our son who was at a local camp. My husband and I ventured out most days and then he worked remotely during the evenings. We couldn’t have found a more perfect, comfortable, safe, fun, and all-around fantastic place than Harald’s. (@Harald - Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for answering some of our more unusual questions about what life is like living in Valencia! Your place is great, comfortable, and we love your design aesthetic!!)

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a superb unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only highly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without any hesitation. A big thank you, everything was great.

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

From arrival to departure, our stay at Pilar's was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by her and received helpful tips and recommendations for our short break in beautiful Valencia. The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. You can get everywhere on foot in a short time, and it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. We felt very comfortable at all times and would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you very much!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
