Cabin holiday rentals in Pocklington

We will definitely be returning. It was the best lodge we've stayed in, in particular the garden space that was private and spacious. It was totally secure which was perfect for our dog. The Lodge was really spacious and had everything you need for a trip away. The kitchen had everything you need including a full size fridge freezer. The only negative will be the pillows, i must of got about 2 hours sleep during the night because of them. I really think investing in some proper quality pillows will go a long way, especially when they would easily last half a year minimum before needing to be replaced. But this is honestly the only negative thing about the place.

Excellent 2 night stay for my partner's 40th birthday. A no fuss easy check in with the details that had been provided by Katie and Ben. The lodge was clean, comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing. Would say that the hot tub we had at Pollen would have been better with steps like the one at nectar but still wasn't a big issue. Percy the peacock was very loud at times but also very friendly. He would come to see us now and again and he was happy to take a few nachos off us. All in all a great 2 night break, very relaxing and well worth what we paid. Would recommend and stay here again. Also Katie was very easy to contact and quick to reply she even helped put me onto someone who could sort some birthday balloons and banners. Big thanks to Ben and Katie. An amazing stay at this beautiful Lodge, the hot tub and stunning views made it even better

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

Great stay at the Lookout Lodge! Jo was always on hand to provide help and the facilities have everything you need. Brilliant views and a relaxing time had! Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was really beautifully decorated with great attention to detail—it felt cozy and inviting from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a lovely touch and made the experience even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and made sure everything we needed was available. Overall, it was so comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place, cosy little hut, safe for kids to run around, swings in trees, big play area, garden play room, little fields with football and nets, all lit up at night, great little kitchen area, fantastic shower, campfire and big bbq, lots to do nearby, everywhere fresh and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, would 1000% recommend and will definitely be back in the very near future!

Lovely property that was very quiet and perfectly positioned to explore the surrounding area especially RSPB Bantham. The property was spotless and very comfortable.

We’ve just returned from Lapwing Lodge. Beautiful location, very peaceful and the facilities were everything we needed. The photos don’t do it justice. The cabin was spotless and the hottub was a great bonus. Arrived to a very easy check in and we were even given until midday to leave on the departure date. Would definitely be interested in returning in the future.

Don’t know where to start….stunning location, stayed Saturday to Wednesday, weekdays were so so quiet and peaceful, perfect for some much needed R&R. Caravan was exactly as described, light and airy, spotlessly clean, comfortable lounge area, well equipped kitchen, shower was easy to use and more powerful than most other places I’ve stayed, my husband and myself and 2 friends enjoyed every minute and will most definitely be returning in the near future. Kate was very helpful from start to finish and always asked if everything was ok? Everything was more than ok, highly recommend this accommodation, thank you Kate, so much, for a lovely stay

Great place to stay, with Pocklington right on the doorstep and York not too far away. The site is very relaxing and quiet, the accommodation has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, the host were very quick to reposed to queries and gave excellent guidance and instructions.

Just home from a wonderful stay! Clear Instructions, beautiful decor, spotless.. The village is lovely and Martin the host was very responsive throughout with any information l may have needed prior to the stay.. Lots of added extras which was a lovely touch.. Such an amazing stay, I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough! The location is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, the pod is beautiful with great amenities. We loved the outdoor facilities and making the most of the countryside. Made a very special birthday trip. Would definitely love to come back again - thank you!

Nicky’s cabin was a gem and the perfect way to spend a relaxed weekend. The place was peacefully secluded. Tucked away surrounded by trees. Super cosy interior and serene surroundings. Nicky was a warm, responsive host who made everything easy. We left feeling recharged and already thinking of a future visit.

We had a fabulous short break in this beautiful property. We wanted for nothing and the location was perfect. Thank you for sharing this little gem. Just one thing of note is that despite being a dog friendly property, everything was immaculate.

Great stay! Peaceful location yet close to local amenities. We were lucky to have such good weather so were able to make the most of the decked area outside the pod, and the wonderful views. Small and compact, but had everything we needed of a short 2 night stay.

A lovely lodge overlooking a beautiful lake. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Really quiet, just what we wanted for a short break. Would stay again.

We had a lovely two night stay at the Seasalt Cabin! We were actually up in the area visiting family and the cabin was the perfect place nearby. The pub is in walking distance and had a very friendly atmosphere - with a good pint of Guinness! We walked down to the beach which was a beautiful stretch of sand (despite the rain when we visited!) The cabin itself, had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the outside space! It’s has been done to a high standard and the bed was very comfy :) Thank you for the welcome basket with lots of thoughtful bits - it was a nice touch! We hope to return in the future when in the area again!
