At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Île de Saintonge – A private island on the Charente

Private island in a Natura 2000 site. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.
