Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

In the family for eight generations, this former farmhouse,located in the heart of the Saintonge, has retained its authenticity and charm. You will stay in my newly restored grandmother's former stable. Lovers of nature and tranquility, you will share our farmhouse with cats, chickens and rabbits. Games, toys, books are available. Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charentaise house, fully restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large family room of 50 m2. Large stone terrace shaded by an umbrella pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.
