The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. Our secured parking located 200 m from the apartment is available at a nominal fee during your stay

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
