It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Conveniently located near the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This recently updated 1 bedroom mother-in-law suite sleeps up to 4 people. Please keep in mind there is only one bedroom and one bathroom, however includes off street parking, private entrance, kitchen, laundry, and oversized leather sectional. 5 guests are allowed, but you will be very comfortable with 2. This Des Moines suite is a 10 minute drive to downtown and 15 minute walk to the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
