This place was perfect. It was a close walk to everything, no car needed. It was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive right away. We will definitely be back.

Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Die Ausstattung ist super und bei Problemen bekommt man direkt von Mar&Joan eine Antwort. Der Strand ist wie auf den Bildern direkt erreichbar und sehr schön. Fußläufig ist ein Laden, der alles nötige hat mit einem sehr netten Ladenbesitzer!

Great house and host! Kids loved the pool and we loved the nice terrace and whole outdoor area of the house, where we spent most of the time. Indoor also everything pretty much decent and corresponding to the photos. House located just 3km off Sa Pobla in a quiet residential area. Easy to reach Sa Pobla by car for groceries.

We had a fantastic time as a family with a toddler at Maria's house. It is exactly as described, and on top of that, incredibly clean. We got in so easily, and Maria even allowed us to check out later. And there are three great seating options outside: in front of the house where we enjoyed a lovely breeze and sunshine, in the back, right next to the kitchen, sheltered, or up on the balcony with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

Villa Cati hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller Pool. Nah vom Strand. Besitzer sind extrem nett. David war immer gut erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Grillkücke ist der absolute Hammer;-) Sind total begeistert. Liebe Grüsse Sandro, Aleks & Lili

Wir brauchten sehr spontan eine Unterkunft auf Mallorca und Barabaras Wohnung klang super. Wir sind angekommen und waren total begeistert. Die Kommunikation war über unseren gesamten Aufenhtalt super und die Wohnung genau wie beschrieben. Es ist eine sehr schöne, ordentliche und große Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Petra. In Petra gibt es viele kleinere Cafés, in denen man gut einen Kaffee trinken kann und ein paar Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Auch abends findet man immer ein Plätzchen. Die Menschen in Petra sind super nett und zugewandt. Man braucht ein Auto, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber Petra hat auch eine Zugstation! In Allem ist die Unterkunft von Barbara sehr zu empfehlen - wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and beach. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. Communication was quick and friendly from start to finish. When we had a very minor issue, the host’s son came out straight away and sorted it without any fuss such a nice touch and really appreciated! We felt totally looked after throughout our stay. Highly, highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at the villa in May half term (two families with 3 kids aged 8-11). The villa was beautiful - amazing views, fantastic location (10 min walk into the town centre) and the kids loved the pool. We had some great days out at the beach which was easy to get to by bus. Lucia was extremely helpful and looked after us very well.

Alles perfekt, haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Schön gemütlich und heimisch, so dass wir den ersten Tag nur gemütlich Tv geschaut haben um erstmal runterzukommen. Danke 💖

The place is very nice, located in a small beautiful village. It is a really great starting point to explore the north part of the island. It is well equipped and it has everything you need. Olaf is a great host and always concerned for our well-being. We had a great time and recommend Olaf's place for you trip

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Es war von Anfang an richtig schön! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und Mikush hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ja, das Parken ist vor dem Haus nicht möglich. Das steht aber in der Beschreibung. Zum Aus- und Einladen kommt man aber gut vor das Haus. Wir sind dort mit einem T6 Multivan rein und raus gefahren. Wir haben den Monat sehr genossen und bedanken uns für die sympathische und gastfreundliche Art von Mikush und den Nachbarn.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette grande maison très agréable et idéalement située dans ce beau village de Sineu. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis et sont disponibles très rapidement en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement.

Our stay in Cala Sant Vicenc was perfect, due to the wheather but also to our temporarily 'house'. It's situated in a quiet neighbourhood with shops, public transport and a nice 'cala' within reach. There's enough space for three persons, each having his/her own bedroom. The outside shower is a bonus which was often used to get some refreshing. In the kitchen, it's possible to cook all you want. The only thing is, that the local stores have a limited range of food-items. So, to to some real 'haute cuisine' cooking, you'll have to get your groceries elsewhere. The washing machine and dryer allowed me to bring less cloths so I traveled 'light'. What stroke me with regards to the surroundings was the level of decency, compared to our situation at home where things are quite noisy, crowded and criminal. In CSV I felt that I could leave my gear on the beach, go for a swim and return with all still in place. Cati was very responsive and nice. All in all, a very nice place to come back to!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marta. Elle a été très accueillante ainsi que son petit compagnon à 4 pattes. Son logement est idéalement situé. Nous nous sommes trompés sur l’heure de départ mais Marta a été très compréhensive et nous a laissé le temps de partir tranquillement après l’heure prévue. Nous vous encourageons fortement à réserver votre séjour chez elle. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors de nos prochaines vacances à Palma. Merci Marta !

Merci pour tout ! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Le quartier est si calme si bien qu’il faut faire très attention à ne pas déranger les voisins à une certaine heure. La maison était agréable, très très propre et charmante. On se sentait chez soi. Il y avait tout le nécessaire et de nombreux équipements à disposition. Maria a été réactive et très gentille avec nous. Elle a tout fait pour nous mettre à l’aise et nous a permis de prendre notre temps pour arriver et même pour partir du logement sans aucune pression. Nous reviendrons certainement :)

Sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Alles ist sehr schön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Strand ist ca. 200m vom Haus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Susanne war von Anfang an immer schnell zu erreichen. Sollten wir nochmal in Can Picafort Urlaub machen , würden wir wieder bei Susanne buchen .

I stayed in this house with 10 friends of mine and we found it perfect for us. It’s spacious and 4 bathrooms are very convenient for big groups. It was well equipped with all we needed and they kindly left a welcoming gift with some Mallorcan specialties that were very appreciated after a long trip. The town of Sa Pobla is very quiet and can offer all the services but you need a car to move and reach the beaches and bigger cities. Vanessa and the owner of the house were always available and answerd all our questions very quickly; during our stay we had a little hiccup with the stovetop, which wasn’t working properly but they found a solution for the night and then had it changed with a new one. I definetely recommend it!

Vi var en stor familj med barn som bodde i Fransiscos hus i en vecka och alla var mycket nöjda. Underbar pool och härlig utsikt. Fransisco var dessutom en mycket hjälpsam och trevlig värd! Svarade snabbt på frågor och flexibel med lösningar. Stort tack!
