The interior decor beautifully harmonises the contemporary and traditional, and maximises the historical detail throughout. This apartment is a comfortable, functional, yet truly luxurious place to stay. The Lomond is situated on the first floor. You will be welcomed by a traditional Scottish 'Close' gaining access to the front door from two flights of stairs, around 20 in total. The apartment has been refurbished with the traveller in mind, but also being careful to retain some of the original Victorian features. The apartment has a brand new kitchen, including oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and breakfast bar. There is also a dining table in the bay window for four people to enjoy a home cooked meal. If cooking at home isn't your thing, there are several restaurants within 100 metres for you to enjoy stunning Scottish food, or just a drink. Garvies restaurant is 15 metres from the apartment front door and currently offer any guests at West Highland Apartment 20% off their food bill. The apartment has two double bedrooms offering a pair of single beds in each (as a special request either bedroom can be made into doubles). This is a light and airey penthouse apt with an open plan lounge/kitchen modern furnishings and floor to ceiling windows with Juliet balconies. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe and hanging space. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in mirrored wardrobe and an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have 32 inch TVs. The fully integrated kitchen has all the required utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave glassware etc. There is secure parking and an elevator.
