Set in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse (97 m²), our gîte is located in a small quiet hamlet surrounded by nature, next to our house. We are located between the Futuroscope (40 minutes) and the Poitevin Marshes (1 hour). We are 25 minutes from Poitiers and 30 minutes from Vallée des Singes. Many walks are possible from the vacation rental thanks to the proximity of the Forest (1 km). Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation and Gîtes de France 3 épis.

Nice apartment in a green setting in the countryside. You will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV area and a dining area. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The bedroom is a cozy and pleasant alcove with a dressing area at your disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area and private parking. The apartment is surrounded by a fenced garden and closed for security.

In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
