We enjoyed our stay at Lucy's house. The house is spacious and clean, and is well located with lots of shops and amenities close by. Communication from Lucy was excellent throughout and she was most helpful at all times.

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn to celebrate two special family birthdays. It was even better than the photos, which is not always the case, and provided an extremely comfortable and open space to relax in, and great outdoor area. It definitely had the 'wow factor' for us and we couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. Really nicely furnished and a very well equipped kitchen, along with three immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a separate TV room was a bonus and made made the main area much more sociable. Charlie and Ali were friendly and helpful during our stay. We all had a great time, and so did Wilf (the dog), and can absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to visit again at some point in the future. Thanks very much for a happy and memorable stay.

We stayed here as a family to visit our extended family who live locally. Anthony welcomed us and was extremely pleasant and friendly, few tips on places to eat etc It is a lovely lodge tucked away in the countryside and only 10 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities that you could need. 25-30 minutes drive to Bournemouth. Lots of lovely country pubs in the surrounding areas. Spotlessly clean and perfect place to relax in between visits to family members. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available when visiting them again.

It was such a cozy little place. my wife and I really wished we could have stayed a little longer. a short walk to the ocean, good restaurants nearby and easy to get to with plenty of space. Loved it there!

Such an amazing place for us. Cat was very responsive to all questions and was very accommodating. We were greeted by fresh eggs, milk, bread , butter and some cereals upon arrival, which was really special touch. Very serene location and a designated space to park. There was plenty of room to relax, nice little kitchen fully equipped and the bedroom had a huge closet. Wonderful 12 day stay at Little September Cottage , we will definitely return. Thank you Cat and Jerry for a wonderful stay.

Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

Brian is the perfect host and his annexe is the perfect place to stay if you want the wonderful beaches without the craziness of Bournmouth. Brian always responded immediately, and was super helpful regarding check in and giving us information about the area. The annex is perfect for a couple, but note that the kitchen and living room area is on the first floor. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including bread and croisant, milk, tea, coffee, etc. The area was quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, though a bit of a climb up. We had bikes and riding along the coast was wonderful. Thank you Brian, and hope to stay with you again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lytchett Matravers. Pam was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment was bigger than we had been expecting, very clean with a lovely garden and nice views. Excellent location for touring the surrounding areas and we would definitely look to book here next time we are in the area.

We really got lucky when we booked this place. Right between the beach and the high street, and inside was perfect. Plenty of space for two kids and thoughtfully set up also for our dog. Just was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure we were fully set up. We’d love to come back some time!

Great location for exploring Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, free parking included was a huge bonus. Apartment was spotlessly clean, everything has been thought of for your stay. Check in and out was simple and well explained, all communication with Steve were excellent, Finally the balcony was a lovely area to sit out in the sunshine till the evening. Would stay again if in the area

What a wonderful place to stay for a really relaxing weekend. The annex was perfect for the two of us with everything we needed and Mari was very welcoming and informative. Would highly recommend.

We had a smashing stay at this flat with our two little ones. It was ever so handy having the high chair, cot, and a nice little collection of books and toys for them! It’s split level but a sliding door keeps the children from the stairs. The view was absolutely lovely, a real treat to wake up to. The beach is just a fifteen-minutes walk away via a cute little park. If you indulge in the massive ice-creams at boscombe pier you could take a short cut back up a steep rd to burn it off! The walk from Boscombe to Bournemouth pier with a pram was about 25 minutes. The landtrain that normally runs between them wasn’t working or perhaps just runs over the Summer holidays. The owner was great with comms, really thoughtful checking in to see if we were alright. All in all, a comfortable and convenient spot for a family getaway by the seaside. We'd certainly consider coming back.

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Absolutely charming accommodation. Really spacious and well laid out. Felt like home away from home, could have stayed here for longer and will definitely look into coming back here. Lovely walk to the nearest pub for lunch, the mill is right on the river with Stunning views of the surrounding area. Nice garden area with views of the cows in the field. The hot water was extremely hot so be careful, but it was nice to always have plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Overall a lovely private place to stay.
