Vous vous déplacerez à pied (ou en vélo mis à votre disposition) pour rejoindre la plage de "Port Meleu" (6 minutes à pied), les commerces (boulangeries, supérette, le mythique "Grand Bazar" et ses bonbons à l'unité), les restaurants, la bibliothèque, le cinéma, le club de tennis...

Jolie demeure traditionnelle avec jardin, située à 50m du chemin des douaniers et de la plage. Vous bénéficierez du calme et des petites plages de caractère de la côte de jade. Une piste cyclable située devant la maison vous permettra de profiter des balades à vélo dans la région tant vers Pornic (7km) que vers Préfailles . This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

Proximité des plages (8 km Saint Michel Chef Chef / 10 km Pornic). Ce logement peut accueillir au maximum deux personnes et un bébé.
