Super clean rental, very nice host 10/10

Our 4 days in Jean's petit manor was a total pleasure, whether we were cooking, eating, or sleeping. The spaces, the comfort of quality furnishings, bedlinen, towels, and a kitchen equipped for an army; we simply enjoyed the experience of this exceptional house.

pleasant accommodation with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, paths that lead to the edge of the beach. Nice for dog owners. All amenities next door (OCEANIS shopping mall 5 minutes away. I would recommend it .

Very good communication with Catherine, she was very accommodating and we had a very good contact. The unit is very well equipped and great location. We recommend, you can go there without second thought!

We had a pleasant stay in this functional, clean and well-located house. It is about ten minutes from the beach and close to shops which is very convenient. This townhouse is located directly on the only road that leads to Le Croisic and next to the Press/ Post Relay, so there is a little traffic but the accommodation is well isolated so we were not disturbed (I specify that I stayed there in April so in summer it may be different). Very few negative points, just 3 small suggestions for improvement: 1/ put functional shutters on the ground floor (kitchen and especially living room overlooking the sidewalk, without being able to close the shutters it disturbed me a little on the 1st night) 2/the vacuum cleaner does not vacuum very well (we have to go several times to the same place for it to be ok) 3/ the washing machine is great but the tankarville is very small (not enough to extend half a machine!).

The house is very nice and quiet. Easy to get to downtown Nantes by public transport (tram and bus). The living room is spacious for 8 people. Garden and terrace very popular on sunny days. Great responsiveness and listening from Elise throughout our stay.

Manuella offers a nice, carefully equipped studio. Well located, access to beaches, restaurants and shops is all the easier with the bikes that Manuella offers. Very good! I can only recommend it. Etienne

We had a great time at Anne's place. Not only is the place very well located and functional, but it has a lot of charm. We loved the upstairs lounge, super bright, and with the small sea view through the window... The rooms are very nice too. Thank you for this little Islaise break! We will come back to enjoy the terraces with sun;)

Very good duplex, good location. Pretty quiet neighborhood. On the other hand, a slight downside, there is a washing machine but it lacks a tumble dryer or a clothes dryer.

We had a great weekend in these 2 beautiful houses ideally located. We advise! only downside: the outside was not maintained (tall grass and garden furniture + barbecue not clean)

The place was modern and had all the right amenities. The three bedrooms were perfect for us with one on the ground floor with a shower and toilet for the grandfather and two bedrooms and shower and toilet for my husband and I and our two children. There was plenty of space to have meals either inside or outside. It was nice to have the garden, including to nap on a deckchair. The location was in a residential area not far from some supermarkets and a bus stop to go downtown. There were many kitchen equipment and nothing lacked. Franck was very friendly.

Very pleasant stay in a house with neat decoration. The garden is beautifully arranged and not overlooked. Antonin welcomed us very warmly and was very responsive. The area is very quiet. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful little "Chateaux" in the heart of Nantes, while being incredibly quiet. Spend 3 weeks there, did not regret for a second!

Everything was excellent, from the host's welcome, to the speed of responses, to the places to visit. We hope to be able to count on them again in the coming weeks.

The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and ideally located 3 minutes' walk from the village of Pouliguen. Easy to access and very useful instructions from Charlotte. No difficulties to park nearby. The place has a lot of charm, a family atmosphere and guaranteed cocooning. With a few adjustments to the basic equipment, this place can become a very nice address! The location of the accommodation is very well located (parking nearby), close to the center, the market and the beach. It matches the directions. Clean and well-equipped place. The interaction with the owners is very pleasant and quick. I would recommend the place.

This accommodation is very cozy, spacious and pleasant. The small, flower-filled courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors and park your bikes. Thank you for the refreshment on arrival!

Excellent welcome from Frédéric. He explains everything when you arrive and it's very clear. Small fisherman's house with a lot of charm and a large outdoor terrace extremely pleasant with a lot of potted plants that add to the charm. You feel extremely good there and it's a very quiet place along a path that is not accessible by car. Possibility of parking the car 20 meters away. Very good bedding. Small bathroom but functional. Very well equipped kitchen. The room is under the roofs and could be difficult to access for very tall people. Electric car charging stations nearby. Beach also nearby. Lots to see and do in the area. We had a great time there.
