This is a cozy little Appartment with a wonderful seaview. The place has its own parking and own entrance, self checkin service. It has a kitchen a nice bathroom and a sleepingcoach with an 8 cm extra cover-mattress. There is a garden with barbeque, and seating group area. Sun beds and an outdoor fireplace. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Et rom med kjøkken/ stue og hems med plass til to, og et soverom med to køyesenger, plass til fire. På kjøkkenet er det kjøleskap, frys og komfyr. Badet har dusj, toalett og vask. Det er bilvei fram til hytta og parkering. Det er svært gode solforhold på eiendommen. På stranden er det sol hele dagen, og nydelig kveldssol helt til sola går ned.
