Nice apartment with kitchenette and dining area (no stove), separate bedroom with double bed, nice living room with comfortable sofa bed and extra bed. Bathroom with shower. Possibility to rent washing machine, dryer. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside.

Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. Very central and 30 meters to the bus stop.(Bus 210 - see vkt) Duvets and pillows for 6 people. Otherwise, there is a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment available in the apartment. Just 3 km down to superpeed!
