Quiet and peaceful place with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so there is no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har lekerom og passer veldig bra til familier med barn.
