A beautiful place with stunning a sea view. Felt like home away from home. Super clean place with stylish furniture and fresh linen and towels. Jennifer the host was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions asap. We already have recommended this place to our friends and will be staying there again when we come back to Cornwall. If we could give it six stars we would.

We arrived in the middle of the night and due to tiredness I didn't use the correct key lock to access the property. We were able to contact the owner and they talked us through where we needed to go. they couldn't be more helpful.. we found the property immaculate, excellently equipped, warm, comfortable, straight forward and welcoming. There was a pint of milk in the fridge and tea /coffee to make a much needed cuppa. when we woke the next morning we were greeted with the most beautiful view from our bedroom window. We could hear the waves as if they were outside our window. We honestly could not believe how fortunate we were to be able to hire this property for our holiday. The property, location and owners were all fantastic and we felt so secure and taken care of. We will definitely recommend and return.. Thank you!

This place is an absolute gem and we were gutted to leave at check out. For Cornwall too the value for money was fantastic, it’s a lot larger than the photos depict, we were very comfortable during our stay. The apartment is close to everything you need (beach and the blue bar!) and has great amenities. I would definitely book again on my next Cornwall trip.

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!

What a lovely place for a holiday. Highly recommend Shaun’s place if you love the beach and want access from your front door to the stunning coast path. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, pub, chippy, Cafe, shops and Blue bar. Porthtowan is a beautiful place with a stunning beach. The sea is equally perfect for surfing and families. The property is perfect and exactly as described and was spotless. The garden is lovely, private and a sun trap. The only thing to point out is that someone with mobility problems might struggle staying there as there’s lots of steps.

We had a fantastic week in the Old Schoolhouse. It's placed centrally in the village with shops, restaurants, pubs etc all walkable, including easy access to the SW coast path and surrounded by wonderful countryside. The apartment is beautifully kept and spacious - even if rain kept you in you'd be comfortable. We hope we might stay again sometime.

Mike's place is gorgeous - amazing sea views from the balcony, great for checking the weather before a surf or walk! Really quirky and pretty accommodation, very comfortable and well appointed kitchen. It's worth being aware that if you are taller than 5'7 you might find the ceilings low, but not a problem at all for partner and I who are both smaller. Got a washing line for hanging wetsuits, can walk to the beach, it was bliss! Would 100% go back, thanks for a great stay

Loved staying at Sunnybank and would gladly return. It's a delightful, relaxing home with everything you could need (including a full kitchen and very comfortable living and bed room), in a peaceful yet central location. The host is really friendly and helpful. There's walks right on the doorstep and the fish and chips a ten minute walk away are some of the best I have ever eaten.

Nice little place to base yourself from. Easy to take a bike ride or a walk into St Agnes. Beautifully clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious flat with absolutely beautiful view. Friendly and responsive hosts and lovely and clean place, with lots of space for our 4 person family. Parking space is a bonus and very convenient. Thanks for making my 40th birthday so special! We love this part of Newquay and have stayed at Crest Court (in various airbnbs) for 5 years now every May - it’s great.

Had an amazing weekend in st Ives thanks to Paul who sent instructions beforehand and upon arrival the place was immaculate. Beds were super comfy my 5 year old even slept in which is VERY unlike him🤣 Great location restaurants are 5⭐️ And the views from the apartment you could watch all day and the beaches are beautiful Would definitely recommend if your looking to book :)

Great place to stay and great hosts! Only downside is that you can hear the footsteps of the floor above but cant be helped! 5/5 hosts and 5/5 location!

Lovely spot just a walk from the beach. The outdoor balcony space was welcomed when the sun was shining after a long day walking. We had everything we needed! Rachel was great with recommendations and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

Beth’s place is beautiful stunning views that will take your breath away. The apartment was spotlessly clean gorgeous furniture and everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Beth left us an amazing loaf of soda dough fresh bread butter and milk just to start, plus all teas coffees oh and shower gels and shampoo. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The best time we had thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We absolutely loved this spot, the location was brilliant, near everything we needed and a short walk to a lovely beach and beach bar. The apartment was very clean and as described, and everything we needed was either obvious or described in the folder very well. We couldn’t have felt more at home and neither could our puppy!

It is almost under the viaduct but there is almost no sound from trains so do not let that put you off even if a light sleeper. Very convenient location for the centre of town.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. View was beautiful! Has everything you would need. Paul was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had an amazing few days in St Ives and will definitely be staying at the apartment again in the future.

A lovely place in a peaceful setting. Cosy interior with beautiful furnishings and kitchen with excellent utilities. Access to the lovely gardens of Was great for dog walking. Really could not fault it .

We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. Damian was very friendly and helpful especially when it came down to finding the parking. Very easy to talk to when it came to checking in/out. Highly recommend this place and could have stayed longer!

Brilliantly located, train station nearby, which we used as well as driving, managed to explore the entire south of Cornwall, which was amazing. Hosts were welcoming and friendly and it was a joy to meet and to connect with them. Lots of recommendations were listed, places to eat, places of interest and Claudio was contactable if needed, for any questions we had. Studio cottage was perfect for our stay, beautifully converted into a perfect place to stay and explore. Kitchen was well equipped for when we wasn't eating out and the modern touches such as the filtered water tap, TV, TV app accessibility and the most amazing bathroom/shower, perfectly complemented the stunning historical feel of the studio. It was a joy to stay here and we would definitely stay here again. 🥰
