Holiday rentals with beach access in Porticello

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Andrea und sein Team machen absolut alles möglich. Sie holten uns selbst vom Flughafen ab. Andre ist uns am Ende unserer Reise auch sehr entgegen gekommen was den Checkout angeht. So viel Güte und Freundlichkeit erlebt man auch nicht mehr oft. Alle reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichren. Und zur Unterkunft kann man nur sagen, dass es aussieht wie auf den Bilder. Der Balkon ist ein Traum zu entspannen. Wir haben dort jeden Abend und morgen verbracht. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht um selbst zu kochen und das Bett ist bequem. Wir waren zu 100% glücklich und ich kann jedem nur dringend empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen, wenn er das nötige Geld dafür hat.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

If I could give six stars I would. Everything perfect and Giuseppe is just amazing. Best host I had in AirBnB. Super responsive, friendly and helpful. Amazing experience. 🙌🙌🙌

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal um schnell zum tollen Strand zu kommen. Ebenso ist man schnell in Dorf bei den Restaurants oder Bäcker. Wir haben uns frühs immer Cornettis geholt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf der Dachterasse befindet sich ein Whirlpool den man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilt (kein Winter Whirlpool, falls man das von den Bildern her denkt). Vom Dach hat man auch eine Mega tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Dort gibt es Sonnenliegen, Tische und Stühle sowie eine Dusche. Insgesamt entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

L'appartement est magnifique, pour moi le point extrêmement positif est le balcon de la grande chambre, ensoleillé dès le matin très tôt, j'ai pu prendre mon petit déjeuner et entendre et voir les oiseaux. C'est un endroit très apaisant, parfait pour se reposer . Cefalũ est proche accessible avec le train. Vincenzo est très gentil, il m'a proposé de m'emmener à la gare le dernier jour. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable. Rapport qualité-prix parfait

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

El alojamiento forma parte de una hermosa vivienda con jardín. Segregaron una parte pero con acceso independiente y zonas claramente delimitadas. Al amanecer sólo se oyen los mirlos, tortolas y palomas torcaces. El desayuno en el jardín es muy agradable Habitaciones frescas con techos altísimos. Cierres de puertas y ventanas excelentes. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Se aparca fácilmente en la puerta. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Playa a cinco o diez minutos. Parada de autobús a cinco minutos. Muchísimas gracias a Giada y a su amable padre.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Ez az apartman egyszerűen tökéletes. Egy igazi gyöngyszem Trabiában, közvetlenül a tengerparton. A hatalmas teraszról – ahol egy saját jacuzzi és egy teljesen felszerelt kültéri konyha is található – lélegzetelállító kilátás nyílik a tengerre, egészen a horizontig. Nappal és este is fantasztikus élmény innen csodálni a tengert. A lakás maga gyönyörűen berendezett, minden részletében igényes és makulátlanul tiszta. Modern, mégis otthonos – látszik, hogy szívvel-lélekkel lett kialakítva. A házigazdák rendkívül kedvesek, segítőkészek és rugalmasak. Bármilyen kérdésünk vagy kérésünk volt, azonnal segítettek, mindig elérhetők voltak. Ritkán találkozni ilyen figyelmes és gondoskodó vendéglátókkal. Ha Szicíliába utaztok, ezt a helyet nem szabad kihagyni – mi biztosan visszatérünk!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

La casa è perfetta per godersi la spiaggia di Mondello, comoda e completa di tutto, anche del parcheggio. Benedetto è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti anche con alcune sorprese molto gradite e ci ha permesso orari flessibili. Consigliato vivamente :-)

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll! Nur in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer war es einfach zu stickig, weil es dort keine Klimaanlage gab, und das Fenster zu öffnen, wäre zu laut gewesen in der Nacht. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die 2 Terassen waren auch toll! Zum Urlaubsort an sich (Aspra) muss man sagen, dass man ohne Auto leider nur schlecht weg kommt (es gibt aber ein paar mal am Tag einen kostenlosen shuttle) und dort wenig zu tun ist. Der Strand ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Er ist nicht besonders schön, aber tut seinen Zweck. Ich würde viele Tagesausflüge empfehlen, ansonsten ist es ein guter Ort für einen Detox! :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

Not only is Termini Imerese a hidden gem, it's perfectly located between Palermo and Cefalù (which are easy accessible by train). And what a view, do i need to say more, stunning! The appartment is perfect to escape a busy life and to just slow down. Even staying here with our one-year old son was no problem at all. After he was asleep, you just relax on the balcony. Perfection, thank you so much for letting us stay here.

Genau wie beschrieben! Absolut bezaubernd und definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Eine Unterkunft bei der ich instinktiv zu meinem Mann beim Heimweg gesagt habe: "Gehen wir nach Hause." So hat es sich auch angefühlt. Süße kleine Stände, eine entzückende kleine Bäckerei gleich unten. Ein Strand zum Baden und echt gute Lokale. Zudem gibt es in Aspra ein tolles kleines Museum wo der Künstler selbst die Führung macht und seine Werke aus alten Rubbellosen zu Recht stolz präsentiert. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und die Parkmöglichkeit war unproblematisch.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!
