Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Casa Annarella

Casa Annarella is a 35m ² apartment located in Porticello, in front of the fish market and the promenade. It includes: a bathroom with shower, a bedroom complete with closet, a living room/kitchen where you can accommodate a third guest in the sofa bed. Just 20 minutes from Palermo and 45 minutes from Cefalù; on foot you can easily reach Bagheria, the city of villas. We inform customers that at check-in there is a tourist tax, 2 € per night per person, for a maximum of 6 nights.
