The house is powered by photovoltaic panels and has a very low impact on the environment

Casa Annarella

Casa Annarella is a 35m ² apartment located in Porticello, in front of the fish market and the promenade. It includes: a bathroom with shower, a bedroom complete with closet, a living room/kitchen where you can accommodate a third guest in the sofa bed. Just 20 minutes from Palermo and 45 minutes from Cefalù; on foot you can easily reach Bagheria, the city of villas. Guests are informed that at checkout there is a tourist tax, €2 per night per person, for a maximum of 6 nights.

New Casa Lo Re second floor

A very pretty, recently renovated Art Nouveau building in which one can admire the 1900 majolica tiles. This is one of the three flats in the building, located on the second floor. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.
