Condo holiday rentals in Portici

This place has beautiful rooms and spectacular views from the balcony. The apartment is very large and very clean. Herculaneum is amazing and it is a short walk away. Lucia was so kind, generous and thoughtful. The local (not touristy) Italian restaurant across the street, La Fornacella (Lucia's recommendation) was so good that we ate there for dinner and lunch. Lucia provided snacks, recommendations, many amenities and made sure our stay was 5-star in every way!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Gianluca’s place is great, couldn’t recommend it enough. Met with a warm welcome and shown around the apartment and its amenities. The apartment itself is really lovely, clean and homely and very well equipped. The location is great, near Pompei Archeological site and near loads of great restaurants ands shops. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

This is truly a gem of a location. It’s in the perfect spot in Santa Lucia. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants just outside the Airbnb. It truly was fantastic. All our tour meeting spots were within walking distance and there was a taxi pick-up station just down the street. Could not have asked for a better location. Filippo was a wonderful host and always replied promptly to any question I had. Definitely need to stay here!

L'appartamento di Marco è comodissimo e organizzato al meglio per un soggiorno a Portici. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e ci ha permesso di fare passeggiate e un po' di shopping. Facilissima raggiungibilità del lungo mare (sempre a piedi) dove ci siamo trattenuti più sere per piacevoli passeggiate. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, confortevole e pulito. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro, la posizione consente di stare in tranquillità senza percepire i rumori esterni. Garage fondamentale vista la posizione strategica dell'alloggio. Grazie Marco, torneremo presto da te!!

il Ruins Suites è praticamente un appartamento con tutti i confort. È come stare a casa, ma in un'altra città. L'appartamento è nuovo, funzionante. Dotato di due bagni con doccia. Due camere da letto. Cucina attrezzatissima. Ampio soggiorno con TV. Ubicato nel centro, facilmente raggiungibile Napoli ed i paesi limitrofi. L'host gentilissimo e disponibile sin dalla prenotazione, ha acconsentito con gentilezza a tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo trovato anche un cestino con acqua, piccola colazione e salati. Graditissimi caffè in polvere da preparare con la moka al mattino. Parcheggio facile da trovare anche nn a pagamento. Lo consiglio decisamente.

We had an incredible stay at Qiong's place. The apartment is beautiful: spacious, full of light, and brimming with character. Everything we wanted to explore in Naples was within easy walking distance, and our hosts were so thoughtful, from stocking the fridge with water to leaving a great list of local recommendations. It honestly felt more like a home than a rental, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring. One of our favourite parts was waking up to the spectacular view of downtown Naples from the balcony, coffee in hand. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. A solid 10/10—we’ll be back and are already recommending it to friends.

We had such a nice experience at Casa Lomito. Our hosts were in contact with us well before our stay with detailed information on how to access the apartment and wonderful recommendations to restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated with great amenities and conveniences provided. When we had trouble figuring out how to use the washing machine, we were quickly assisted with detailed instructions by our gracious hosts. The beds were very comfortable and the central location made it very easy to access the train station and all other areas you’d want to see when in Napoli. The piazza below was lively and gave you a true taste of la vita napolitano. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful apartment should we have the opportunity to visit Napoli in the future.

Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Das Apartment ist schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet und wirkt sehr sicher, vor allem durch die 24/7 besetzte Pforte. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

This place is a gem! It was up a hill, which was actually nice for some exercise and also it was quiet up there! Close enough to walk everywhere without the hustle bustle noise We tried Sadik’s recs and there were all great He communicated with us through the trip and even helped us with transportation

A fantastic apartment - absolutely beautiful and a super comfortable bed!! The roof garden is one of the nicest places I have ever had breakfast and the evenings were equally beautiful. Marco is an exceptional host and looked after us at every stage of the visit- thank you!

This was our first visit to Napoli and we were looking for a central location. This apartment in an historic building situated in a peacful, picturesqe square, with a few bars and suited our needs perfectly. Antonio was good with communication throughout our planning and arrival/check-in. Upon arrival, we were met by Antonio and had the added convenience of early check-in. The apartment is historic, stylish, spacious and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. It's central and most things are within easy walking distance. As long as you don't have too much luggage, we would recommend using the Alibus @ 5E p/p e/w to/from the airport (stop is only a 12 minute walk away). We appreciated a late check-out. The only thing missing for us, was a smart tv/streaming access, since we enjoy flopping to wach something after a busy day seeing the sights, but this wasn't really a problem. All in all, a perfect base for a lovely holiday in Naples and we'd love to return again some day.

This was probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. We immediately felt right at home. Cozy, warm and beautifully decorated. The apartment is incredibly central but surprisingly quiet, you can almost forget you're in the middle of the old town. The hosts themselves were very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, helping us with issues we had with our trains. Thank you very much for providing an amazing home away from home in the beautiful city of Napoli! :)

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious with an amazing view of Mount Vesuvius. Ciro was always available and quick to respond to all our questions. We loved the garden as it provided plenty of shade during the extremely hot weather and offered lots of space for our kids to run around. They especially loved the goats. Upon our arrival Ciro even picked some veggies and salad from the garden for us, and the fridge was stocked with water, juice, eggs and milk which was a pleasant surprise. Pompeii is a short drive away, Naples around 30 minutes by car or about 50 minutes by train if you prefer not to drive into the city.

Massimo was a great host and made our checkin process really easy and made sure we didn’t have any trouble finding his place. Massimo was really kind and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area, as well as planned car service for us. I really appreciate Massimo and his kindness and I would definitely recommend staying at Massimo’s place it was very clean and cozy.

The apartment is very well situated and feels very spacious (more so than the photos). The pool was a lovely plus and the balcony was lovely in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again!

Compact but perfectly formed apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay. The Castle surroundings are fantastic, the pool was lovely. Beautiful sea view from your bed! Well kept gardens and public spaces. It’s in a great location, we walked everywhere to restaurants and the beach, and it was easy to explore. Giuseppe gave us lots of fantastic recommendations including Gabrieles - for the best gelato and brioche! Vico Equense has a village feel with everything you and a great location to explore all this coast has to offer, with easy access to the train station. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosita! The space is a little smaller than the pictures made it appear, however it was all the room we needed for our time in Positano. The balcony views were beautiful and everything was nice and clean. We were even given some homemade limoncello to enjoy during our stay. The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable and Rosita and Jess were very responsive with any questions we had while we were there. Just a heads up, if you are planning on walking rather than taking the taxi or bus, the condo is very high up on the cliff and there are lots of stairs to get down into town and to many of the restaurants, and back. We ended up walking down most of the time but figured out the local bus to get a ride back up. Overall, we had a great time in Positano and are thankful to have had Villa Rosita to come back to at the end of the day!

This home is a nod back to what Airbnb used to be when it was first launched - staying in someone's home, not renting from a cookie cutter business with dozens of listings. Virginia and her son were extremely responsive and welcoming offering tons of information, tours, and transport to/from the Airbnb. The space is homey and comfortable and you can tell it's where a family lived and loved their lives. It also has bug screens on the windows and doors which is an amazing help when you want fresh air but not visitors. :) The location is great, just a few minute's walk from the old town, so easy access but not in the middle of the busy area. Tons of great restaurants around and easy access to the train and buses around the area. The only thing that would have made it better is a better Aircon in the 2nd bedroom and more/better fans. The portable unit struggled with the heat and only one slow fan was not really enough but we made it work. I'm sure they'd have provided another if asked.

We had a great time in Furore! It's a great home base if you're planning to visit Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello like we did. We just wish we'd stayed longer so we could have explored more places! Paola's place is about 20-30 minutes drive from Amalfi where you can park, explore, and ferry to different cities along the coast. Paola and her sisters are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Paola, in particular, went above and beyond to help us catch a gecko in our apartment on night 1 (this was a funny experience) and make us dinner reservations for our final night. I'm glad we chose Furore because it's a quiet community with lots of DELICIOUS restaurants nearby and there's also a lemon farm nearby that serves a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place in a great location, close to the centre. Host was very helpful and prompt in replying! Space was really great, loved the decor and style and very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Great location and incredible space. Felt like we were sleeping in a really old but beautiful building. Staff were very accommodating and they clean every day which is unique for Airbnb. Nice wine and goodie basket upon arrival.
