Cute appartement in a quiet residential area. Lovely stay at Filippo's place! Walking (5mins from a lovely gelatos shop, a restaurant and sort of a brasserie cafe) very good location with a 6mind drive only to some very beautiful beaches ! Beautiful area, and a lot of splendid places to go ! Definetely recommend having a car to get around. ! Very authentic and unique. Lovely stay, Filippos has been amazing all along the trip, checking in if everything was okay, responding to any questions. Would definitely recommend .

We were in this beautiful house for the 2nd time and it was even more beautiful than in our memory. The house and the property are super well maintained and the view from the terraces is simply magnificent. Giuseppe was always quick to reach and Marchesa and her team take care of everything very conscientiously. Her home-cooked dinner is highly recommended. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We will definitely come back.

A beautiful holiday home, 10/10, no notes. We stayed there pre-season mid may. Calm neighborhood. Beautiful view of the sea. Great sunsets. Quick access to the waterfront. We had an amazing stay. Everything was as expected from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded all our expectations.

The villa was beautiful and really well equipped for our stay. Great to have beach towels available! The supermarket was within walking distance as was a beach. There were several other nice beaches close by but you would need a car to reach them. The hosts were excellent and we would certainly recommend the villa to others.

We stayed in this villa for just a few days (unfortunately), and from the very first moment, we felt like we were in a truly special place. The sense of peace is absolute: surrounded by nature, far from the chaos, yet with every possible comfort at your fingertips. The garden is a little oasis — private and perfect for relaxing with a book or simply listening to the sound of the sea. The view rewards every moment spent in this home. One of the most beautiful parts of the day? Walking down in flip-flops to the private pier for a dip in the blue, without ever needing to take the car. It’s a rare kind of luxury that made us feel like we had our own little bay. The panoramic terrace is a dream: the morning light and the colors of the sunset change every day, and they are always spectacular. Furniture needs to be updated

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Lovely home , comfortable & well equipped . Beautiful views in a peaceful setting. Maurizio was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to our requests. I accidently left my medication in the villa and Maurizio and his charming wife went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter However , only one sunbed was provide which is not sufficient for a 4 bedroom villa with ample outside space to accommodate extra sunbeds. We had a wonderful stay. The home and the views are beautiful, with a gorgeous outdoor patio perfect for enjoying a homemade meal. The location is gorgeous, literally steps from a beautiful beach that has a great little cafe. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were good, and beds were comfortable. Oh and a private parking space, too. Ignazia is a great host. For a peaceful and beautiful escape, I recommend this rental!

Catia’s is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautiful inside and out, the pictures here don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is peaceful and very green, the views breathtaking. Even though there are plenty of great beaches in the area, we spent so much time at the house and pool. It is quite isolated and a little far from the main road, but we didn’t mind this as the house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here when in Sardegna.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.

Very nice week spent in Palau. Very good interaction with Guido the owner, and Lorenzo, who welcomed us and are also responsive to our questions. The cottage was perfect, very well located for visiting the northwest of Sardinia. Lots of things nearby, no need to drive too much to get around. Beautiful area. We recommend

Super nice quiet place in the middle of nature. The house is great, very clean and nicely furnished. It matched the photos and description. We had a great time and would come back.

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!

Paola’s house is very nice and spacious, with everything you need including AC (which was necessary in July/August). The pool is clean and there is a very nice beach just a few minutes walk away. We were two families with small kids and had a great time during our stay and hope to come back soon!
