The house its stunning, a beautiful view surrounds the place making it a peaceful scape from the hectic city life. Raul was extremely helpful and welcoming, he graciously allowed us to check in late at night and took care of us throughout the days with politeness and respect. We had a great time and would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Lucia was always very kind and welcoming. The property is very organized, suitable for everyone. Also perfect for families, a lot of care for the spaces and accessories for children. The courtyard with breakfast bar is also very nice. We had a great time.

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

We just had a wonderful weekend in this extraordinary villa and are very satisfied with our experience. The house is spectacular, with a pool of the right size, a heated jacuzzi pool, and a gas barbecue that has made our evenings unforgettable. The villa offers privacy and tranquility difficult to find elsewhere. It consists of two independent apartments, furnished with taste and comfort. It was the perfect oasis of relaxation to get away from the daily routine. The only downside is checkout at 9am, with no chance to postpone it. Despite this, the stay was exceptional and we would definitely come back! I recommend this villa to anyone looking for a retreat of luxury and absolute peace. P.S. All the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was super friendly and accommodating; special mention for Cosmo, for his courtesy and kindness!

Great accommodation, in the middle of the countryside, quiet although close to the village and the beach. Rustic charm, but it's all working.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The communication with the hosts was excellent.

The days passed so quickly in such a beautiful place. We were there with our four teenage girls and enjoyed it so much. It did us a lot of good to have been so warmly welcomed and cared for by Marcello and his family.  The house is on a hill and has a fantastic location with an unforgettable view of the village and Tuscany. Here you can relax. The house is decorated with so much love and has everything you need. Everything has really been thought of here. The bedrooms are very nicely decorated and each has a small balcony. The bathrooms are also large and very nicely designed. The small hot tub provided the right cooling and was completely sufficient for us. The daily game at the table tennis table also sweetened our vacation. The place and the surroundings are definitely worth a trip. We have nothing to complain about and will definitely be back!!!

Delightful and relaxing stay. I was looking for a place in the Tuscan countryside in contact with nature: I found exactly what I wanted. Convenient both for going to the sea and for walking in the Maremma park. I had such a great time that I want to go back as soon as possible. It was also very nice to have been welcomed by Mrs. Maria, it was like immersing yourself a little in her daily life, working in the fields, managing the animals, the house... I thank the host Fabio for his availability! A stay that was also much appreciated by our little dog! If I had to use one word to describe my stay: nourished, in every way!

Wonderful stay at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse! We found exactly what we were looking for: a classic old farmhouse that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. The spacious garden and peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Communication with David was excellent and straightforward. Hopefully, this won't be our last stay here!

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . The property is nestled in the beautiful Maremma countryside at the foot of the hills. Perfect location for visiting the Maremma park, Monte Argentario and seaside resorts. Vittoria was very kind and responded promptly to my every need. I highly recommend the property to those with children (I promised myself to come back with mine) to make them live an experience in contact with nature. Get advice on restaurants and companies where you can buy typical products, it's really worth it! I look forward to returning.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! We had a great time in this very lovely apartment with a fantastic view! On a rainy day you can cuddle up, have some tea and enjoy the foggy view. The place is great with lots of attention to detail :) The kitchen unit is not shown in the pictures but was good and totally sufficient for some simple cooking👍🏻 We will recommend this airbnb to friends!

The house is beautiful, quiet and equipped with everything. It's close to everything it has to give areas. The most beautiful beaches 10 minutes drive, town five minutes drive, restaurant from 5 to 10 minutes. The town is wonderful. Restaurants are insane. Top: book in advance.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

The place is very cute and relaxing. Ginebra is very kind and always willing to help. Totally recommended.

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

The place is beautiful and we had a great time. It was difficult to leave. The snooker table, pizza oven and pool were big hits for us. The location feels remote, like you're a bit deep in the mountains, very peaceful, but you're really only about 10 minutes from Arcidosso and grocery store. We didn't realize how close we were to Mt Amiata, which offers great views and hiking trails, and also mountain biking activities! We rented bikes one day, it was fun! Ernesta was super nice and helpful, always answered quickly. It was a bit tricky to find our way initially, as the road you have to take is not marked all the way in Airbnb or Google Maps. When we were confused on the final turn, we asked the locals and they pointed us the right way, then we found Ernesta waiting for us.

Can not praise enough, this is a beautiful place, peaceful, and the hosts were fantastic and very accommodating!!

Very nice and quiet place to stay, perfect for families. The pool was great, the house large enough for 4 adults + toddler, everything very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The pizzeria in the village is very good, the other larger places are a bit far away. All in all, a beautiful place to stay
