it's a nice and quite big apartment aprox 70 m2. there is 2 rooms, one big with a bed king size and one for vthe childs with 2 beds. The living room has a big tv, leather sofas and you will have the air cond . Kitchen is separate with ceramic hob, washing machine, freezer, oven, everything is new, everything is functional, air con in all the rooms include kitchen and bath room. You will be at 5 mn walking from the beach, restaurants, and shops. I will be ther for the keys and speak english

About 150 m from the beach, a renovated 2 bedrooms apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed, the smaller children bedroom has a bunk bed. Open kitchen/dining/living room with 6 persons table and extendable sofa. All usual kitchen utilities are available, also a washer, dishes, etc... practically all the basics to live in. Supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance. During the summer season private pool for the inhabitants. Very suitable for families with 2, maximum 3 children.

You'll love my place because of the sea view and the hill of Peñiscola, the Calm, away from the noise, SOUTH FACING with toldos, 4th and top floor, with elevator.. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends. Community private parking, bus stop 100 m away (forgot your car).

You have bike rental for adults 10€/day and for children 5€/day. Pets are welcome, pets live here too and they really like to greet guests.
