Located in the city triangle of Nuremberg-Erlangen-Fürth (each 15 minutes away from the apartment). Despite good connections, it is also only 15 minutes away from Franconian Switzerland. No car? In just a 7-minute walk you are at the train, in 20 minutes in Nuremberg.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.
