An additional separate toilet is also available for your convenience. The fifth guest can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a generous and relaxing space for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a combined refrigerator with freezer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living area, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views that invite you to relax and dream. There is 25 m² swimming pool to enjoy the Croatian sunshine to the fullest.  This charming apartment is located in Novi Vinodolski, across from the island of Krk. With its prime location, stunning sea views, and excellent amenities, this apartment provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday on the Croatian coast. PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Location is nice and quiet, excellent for relaxation. Parking is free and always available.
