The beautiful cosy apartment located only 100 m or 2 min walk from the beach. The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and a spacious open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and a kettle. Guests can use free private parking on site. The apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable vacation. Nearby there is several restaurants and a shop. Tha apartment is best suited for a couple, familiy with children or 3 adults.

Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
