Все как на фото. Размеры дома небольшие, для 4-х человек тесновато. Но сама терраса большая, отличные виды на залив. Дом мобильный, во время бури, дом шатало. Все число в доме, рядом пешеходная дорожка.

L' alloggio si trova vicino alla spiaggia, anche se il percorso è in discesa all' andata e salita al ritorno, piuttosto ripide. Sono pochi minuti a piedi, ma si può anche scendere con l'auto e si trova facilmente parcheggio giù al mare. La spiaggia è ben attrezzata, di sassolini, acqua bellissima, chioschi per mangiare qualcosa, docce gratuite, gonfiabili in acqua e un fantastico trampolino per i tuffi. Si può noleggiare un pedalò e visitare la piccola isola che si trova davanti alla spiaggia. Sulla spiaggia c'è una bella passeggiata lungomare e molti alberi che creano zone di ombra dove poter sostare. L' alloggio è nuovissimo, ordinato e pulito e Fabian e sua mamma molto gentili e ospitali. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di alloggiare con il nostro cane. La casa ha un giardino ombreggiato con una zona barbecue con tavolo e sedie. Il quartiere è molto silenzioso, l' alloggio è ben ventilato e inoltre offre aria condizionata in soggiorno. Lo consiglio!

Apartament jest na pierwszym piętrze w ogrodzonym domu i ma przestronny taras z pięknym widokiem na wyspę Krk. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona. Dużym plusem był prywatny parking za bramą wjazdową mieszczący dwa samochody oraz 30" telewizor SmartTV. Gospodarz zawsze chętnie służył pomocą. Plaże rozciągają się przez całą miejscowość, a wzdłuż nich łatwo można znaleźć restauracje, bary i darmowe toalety. Novi Vinodolski to na pewno bardzo ciekawa propozycja na wakacje :)

Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben und entspricht vollständig den Fotos – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Sandra ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Ein Hinweis: Die Küstenstraße verläuft direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man diese überqueren. Das hat uns nicht gestört, aber es ist gut, das vorab zu wissen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marina hat für unseren kleinen Sohn extra altersgerechtes Spielzeug in das Kinderzimmer gestellt, worüber er sich sehr gefreut hat. Die beiden Terassen sind Gold wert. Die gesamte Wohnung ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Die Wohnung war blitzsauber. Marina war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und hat sehr gute Tipps gegeben, die Kommunikation stets super! Bisher die beste Erfahrung, die wir auf airbnb gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Byt je na kopci takze s malym dietatom by sme to naspat z plaze bez auta nedali. Treba ist rano aby bolo volne miesto na parkovanie - platene pri plazi. Inak krasne prostredie, ciste more. Plaz velmi nie nakolko aj napriek zakazu vodit psov tam ludia chodia zo psami co mne osobne vadilo. Ale urcite by sme sa radi vratili. Krasna lokalita, pokojna. Dakujeme za peknu dovolenku !

This home is a 10! Terrace with a great view for sunset wine ceremonies ;) very quiet area, a few mins from the beach , supermarkets etc. We will return for sure. House has all you need for a comfy staying, owners are great host. Absolutely recommended. Ps: kudos to the white cat that came to hang out with us sacredly every morning and every evening at the terrace

Nagyon kedves es szívélyes volt Tamara anyukája, aki fogadott minket. Láthatóan nagyon szereti a gyerekeket is. Szép, rendezett kert és tiszta apartman várt minket. Az épületben lakik, igy ha segítségre szorulsz, közel van. Elektromos autóval érkeztünk. Bár korábban nem volt ebben tapasztalatuk, maximálisan segítőkészek voltak és gyorsan megoldódott a helyzet, gond nélkül fel tudtuk tölteni az autónkat (230 V, 10 A jòl működik).

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man einen größeren Strand haben möchte dann sind es mit dem Auto 5 min. in Novi Vinodolski. Vlado war sehr nett Gastfreundlich und steht bereit zu helfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Liebe Grüße Judith Diop

Minden megfelelt a képeknek, a leírásnak. Tiszta, rendezett lakás, a legközelebbi tengerparttól kb 400-500m-re van. A tulajdonos segítőkész, barátságos, viszont angolul nem beszél, de németül, horvátul igen. Fordító segítségével megoldottuk ezt. Érkezesig az Ulli Travellel tartottuk a kapcsolatot. Ők mindig gyorsan válaszoltak, és anyanyelven, magyarul. Összességében elegedettek voltunk.

Die Wohnung mit der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und zur Promenade. Sie läd zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein. Es waren 12 wunderschöne Tage.

nicht ganz so privat wie die Fotos annehmenlassen (Terasse direkt neben dem Eingang vom Treppenhaus eines Mehrfamilienhauses). Dennoch gemütliches Apartment in guter Lage.

Wanda is an incredibly kind and sunny woman. She personally greeted us with a warm smile and gave us a wonderful tour of the apartment, explaining all the details. The apartment itself is simply amazing! It's located not far from the sea, with a beautiful terrace and a balcony that offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. It’s absolutely fantastic! We fell in love with this place and are already dreaming of returning again and again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort !

Spacious apartment with wonderful view. There is all equipment you need, beach is very close and pools are cleaned on regular basis. Also suitable for families with children. Communication with host was very swift, Karmen helped us immediately with anything we needed. We had a great time!

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Personen gebucht und alles war perfekt! Vom späten Check in (23:30) bis hin zum frühen Check out (04:00). Egal worum es ging, uns wurde jederzeit super schnell und gut geholfen. Super Service! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und bot alles was wir uns hätten wünschen können. Whirlpool, Sauna, Balkon und super schöne Inneneinrichtung. Sie liegt direkt im Herzen der Stadt Krk, jedoch wurden wir zu keiner Zeit gestört, da sie in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße liegt. 1 Minute Fußweg bis zum Marktplatz und diverse gute Restaurants sind sehr schnell zu erreichen! Wir empfehlen es jedem! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt Jura!

Of all our stays on this trip, Natasia‘s was our favorite. She and her husband were welcoming and personable. She was knowledgeable about the area and the people there. We appreciate so much her help with everything. Kourtney, the AirBnB hostess turtle, was precious. She added to the overall experience.

Appartement avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner. Un Lidl est accessible à 5 minutes à pieds. L'accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi sont un plus, de même que l'accès à une place de parking. Nous recommandons et avons passé un agréable séjour chez Suzana.

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
