Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Povljana

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Martin. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – eine liebevoll vorbereitete Wurst- und Käseplatte, Brot und Gebäck sowie ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Getränken haben uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight - perfekt zum Entspannen. Martin sowie auch seine Familie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und dabei stets angenehm zurückhaltend. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Schönes Landhaus im mediterranen Stil und großes Grundstück, direkt beim Naturpark. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder um im Meer zu baden. Einfach toll!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Cudowne miejsce godne polecenia. Apartament bardzo ładny zgodny z opisem , bardzo piękne otoczenie ogrodu pełnego owoców. Odpoczywając na tarasie można zjeść winogrono i figę. Basen piękny, bardzo dobrze utrzymany jest dodatkowym atutem. Iwan i cała jego rodzina to bardzo życzliwi ludzie, zawsze można było liczyć na ich natychmiastową pomoc. Lokalizacja apartamentu również super blisko plaży a także niedaleko od Zadaru. Można w 25 min dostać się stąd do Zadaru i w 40 min na lotnisko. Z chęcią tu jeszcze wrócę.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Logement parfaitement entretenu, très bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable. Communication très facile. Mirjana à bien pris soin de nous avec ses gentils cadeaux. Un grand merci.

Sara's place was amazing! We were greeted by Sara's dad who was an amazing host. He brought us pancakes on the 1st day and a quiche on the 2nd day. He had helpful tips and was extremely supportive. The place is located in a tranquil area with amazing views of the peninsula across the water and offers amazing sunsets. The main road, although frequented by motorcycles and other vehicles is quite busy during the day, however being sheltered by the building, this is not disturbing. There is little to no traffic in the evenings. The place was clean and offered the basics a kitchen should have, we missed nothing. Truly a great place and one I will certainly return to in the future.

Boro’s apartment is PERFECT. It is even better than the photos. 10 minutes from a crystal clear beach, 1 minute from a shop and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the place. Boro is a gentleman and was very helpful and flexible. Thank you SO much Boro. I hope we will see you again in beautiful Zadar.

Die Lage ist super, mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Altstadt, aus allen 3 Fenstern, sowie vom langen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist modern und bequem eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts. In 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuss in der Altstadt und in Lebensmittelgeschäften.

1 seule nuit passée dans l’appartement très calme et très propre. La plage est à 5 min à pied. Nous recommandons

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Anita. De slaapkamers zijn heel mooi en schoon. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar de stad of het strand te gaan. Het plaatsje in de buurt stelt niet veel voor. Er is wel een goede supermarkt op loopafstand van het huis. Het zwembad vonden we aan de kleine kant, maar wel netjes en schoon. Er waren badlakens beschikbaar. Heel fijn! Verder was het prima in orde.

Wir verbrachten mit 13 Personen 5 tolle Tage in Ivanas Haus. Es gibt 5 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, von denen 4 über ein eigenes direkt angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken verfügen. Das 5. Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, jedoch muss man über den Flur laufen. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit einem 3. Bett und ein weiteres großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch grenzt direkt an die Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schon mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Es gab ausreichend handtücher. Der außenbereich mit Pool und außenküche ist unglaublich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren nur draußen. Ivanas Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Ivana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die alle meine Fragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!
