This is an immaculately clean and spacious lodge which is very well equipped. The rural setting makes it beautifully peaceful.

We found the Annex was a great location for us to reach all the areas we wanted and many more for another time. The over all setting is great and inside the Annex is homely and roomy with Laura and family very welcoming, including Otto and Olive. Warren and Rach

Thanks for a comfy stay in a beautiful, peaceful, mid Wales valley just 20 minutes from lovely Aberystwyth. Hearing owls and spotting foxes in the so-silent lane was wonderful! We and our teenaged sprog and cockapoo all felt right at home in your clean and cosy annex. We were grateful for your offer to help with our dog (not needed in the end, but much appreciated) and loved sleeping under the stars up the tiny staircase. A very firm bed and sofa bed! We will be back again to enjoy the peace and quiet (and even braved the Devils Bridge route out of the valley - what glorious views). Thanks again Daniel!

Babs has created a really lovely space for guests and it feels like home from home . She provided lots of lovely little touches like fresh fruit, milk, welsh cakes and a jar of sweets. The home was very clean , tastefully furnished and very comfortable . We all slept well and it was unbelievably peaceful. Babs was excellent at communicating with us . We very much hope to return in the near future.

The most perfect place to spend our mini moon. Location is perfect, so peaceful and private - views are incredible with a hot tub in the perfect place to admire them. The place itself is cosy and has everything you need - super comfy bed! Whilst we stayed, we climbed up Pen y Fan, did the four falls walk and visited the national cave centre. Would 100% recommend Ceri’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

Jude & Geoff’s place was fantastic. This is a hiker’s dream. Perfect location for hiking in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) a porch for your boots, delicious local breakfast goods - they have thought of every detail. The canalside setting also makes for leisurely walks from the front door too. Jude & Geoff are also the loveliest hosts I’ve ever engaged with, so proactive, great recommendations and a clear passion for their lovely home and surroundings. We hope to come back!

A lovely stay at Juli’s Airbnb.. Decorated perfectly with everything we needed for our weekend away. Great location for us visiting family, very tranquil spot with beautiful shared garden that the kids loved playing in. Clean and equipped like a home from home! A lovely welcome basket on arrival was a very nice touch. We will be back again! Thank you

Very welcoming, with home to home vibes. It was very clean , spacious and had everything we needed. it was beautifully decorated inside and outside and the mountain views was lovely to wake up to. Duck eggs were a love touch.

Had a wonderful stay at Jo’s! She made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after from the second we walked through the door. Her little cottage was everything we could have asked for and more. Gorgeous space, lovely location and a beautiful garden. Couldn’t ask for any more for a mini break and to easily get to Hay on wye for the book festival!

A surprisingly spacious annex in a quiet location but very close to the main road for getting out and about in the area. Auriol was the perfect host, contacting me several times before my trip to give me useful information and explaining things well when I arrived.

We loved our stay at Jo’s! We booked quite last minute due to a cancelled booking with a local hotel. Joanna was very helpful and greeted us on our arrival. The space was perfect, gorgeous views, super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast with. Thank you! We will recommend to anyone needed accommodation in the area!

We had a magical stay here. As soon as we arrived we felt instantly relaxed and welcome. Marcus was a super host and when we asked to use the fire pit for marshmallows he was kind enough to have it ready for our last evening. The area is not only stunning but in an ideal location to enjoy both the quiet and to explore local towns and trails. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer. Sad to be home now but looking forward to returning again soon!

Lovely suite in a picturesque location, with great walks on the footpaths to Llangattock and Crickhowell. Jonathan was a great host, with even better cats 🐱

We had a very peaceful stay in the evenings after exploring Snowdonia. Accommodation had everything anyone would need and more - all items in the house are very well thought of for single people, couples or families staying.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Loula's apartment. She got in touch with us ahead of the time to give clear instructions, and the apartment was easy to find and very welcoming. It was a perfect base for our weekend in Wales, a very easy walk into Abergavenny (which we explored on our first day), and within driving distance of Cardiff (where we spent our second day). We used the kitchen to cook up some lovely meals from local produce we picked up in Abergavenny, and found everything we needed there. We would happily return in the future.

Bwthyn Broga is in a quiet rural location with beautiful views from the very spacious upstairs bedroom (it was too cold and wet to make use of the balcony however this would be a fabulous place to relax in warmer weather!). Absolutely everything was provided including a very well-equipped kitchen including a large fridge making self-catering very easy. This spacious annexe has plenty of home comforts - one could relax on the very comfy downstairs sofa or upstairs on the sofa in the bedroom. Given the time of year, the underfloor heating was great, making for a warm & cosy stay. Lizzie was an excellent host, responding promptly to any queries. Robes and the welcome pack were lovely additions. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great little spot to stay in a beautiful area. Bed is super comfortable too
