Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! It enjoys lovely views to the south with its own peaceful small yard/garden and private car parking space. Sage Hut has a small kitchen area with running cold/hot water, it enjoys mains electricity and the shower/loo is approx 30 m away (exclusive use for guests during their stay). There is a guest fridge and microwave in the stable block. The woodburning stove is highly efficient.

Wisteria Lodge is attached to the owners' Farmhouse and is totally independent. It has it's own front entrance and parking. The room itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, an extremely comfortable king sized bed, a lovely en-suite and a clever little kitchen corner where you can make tea and coffee. There are radiators and underfloor heating. The view from your stable door, as with Barley Cottage, is straight down the valley to the distant hills.
