Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Calm and quiet place, ideal for those looking to get out of the rush and stress of big cities. I Recommend!!!

We love the house, all in very good taste and quality. Full kitchen. Beautiful garden and tasty balcony to spend time. Access to the lagoon and dunes on foot with a quiet walk. It was the right place to spend our feriadão.

The house is just as described, it is beautiful, quiet and the environment is amazing, with a beautiful park and private path to the lake. It is 200 mt from the main street and 300 mt from the beach, close to restaurants and markets. Gabriela always responded to all my inquiries quickly, always very attentive. Super recommendable, we will be back

Excellent accommodation, an incredible view! Communication with the host Paulo was great, they even left a little gift for us to enjoy the days in the space. They were days of quiet and rest, enjoying the sound of the sea.

I confess that when I read some reviews, I was apprehensive about the stay. We were eight young friends. And some comments claiming that Emilia didn't like to rent to young people, only to families. As our interest was to have a barbecue, to celebrate, we were afraid... However, during the stay, I understood that everything that happens on the basis of respect for others, works out. We enjoyed the whole weekend, laughed, ate, drank, and had NO problems. The house is full of love and affection, you can see how well it is cared for. And I believe that the complaints come from the lack of adherence to the house rules. Dogs aren't allowed? Don't bring them. Can't have a stereo, loud music? Don't do it. And so on... Otherwise, we are super satisfied with the wonderful stay and will return on other occasions.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.

Excellent communication. The host is friendly and super helpful, and the place is very clean and in a great location!

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.

Giovana was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always available. The apartment is great, very complete and the common areas of the condominium are also.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

Amazing place. Dona Vera is an enlightened person, she treated us super well, as we did not have a 4x4 car, she was willing to pick us up and take us even when we did not ask. The cabin is beautiful, ideal for two people, the view is wonderful. We will definitely be back more often.

Cabana very good, cozy and with a beautiful view, Larissa and her husband were very helpful, always available. Cabana better than on the pictures!

The rose is wonderful, but the stay improved the place a lot, super cozy, modern, I felt at home, Kamila was super attentive and respectful. I will return many times because of her and the place!

Very nice, beautiful, quiet and very well equipped place. The house is very beautiful, it has great areas of gardens, lawns, swimming pool with spa, swing and a direct access to the sweet lagoon. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet, and the house allows for good privacy. In addition, the house is very well-equipped. exactly like the pictures. the view is breathtaking and the place is quiet and peaceful. we loved so much that we extended our stay. Jordan was very attentive and helpful and we appreciate that. the Chalé has everything we could probably need and it is so cozy and beautiful. the bed didn't fit 2 people but the couch. web and hammock helped with it lol easily. the way to the chalé is easy to find and walkable, around 5 minutes from the villa. we can't wait to come back and we definitely recommend it.

Iandra's space is extremely clean and cozy! It was an incredible experience, super attentive, helpful in everything. This is evident in every detail! The place is super cozy, full of peace, and this makes us feel super comfortable. We want to go back soon.
