The place is so beautiful! It makes you want to spend a lot of time just enjoying the landscape from the window, including looking for turtles. Hosts are very helpful! Too much worth it!

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was very pleasant! The location near the third bridge made it easy to access restaurants and bakeries, in addition to the sights, which are just 15 minutes by car. The room was clean, with new furniture, and the bathroom was spacious and well sanitized. The presence of items such as microwave and minibar made the accommodation even more functional. The breakfast offered was excellent, and Mr. Marco's reception was warm and very friendly, providing a welcoming experience. The only issue that could be improved is the shared garage, which can cause a little discomfort, but that did not compromise the quality of the accommodation. Overall, we recommend this option for those seeking comfort, good location and attentive service.

Clean, organized, amazing place, I'll be back

Dona Maria as we kindly call it was a great host, at all times requests and attentive. We received , presented to us the place, everything, all the instructions passed in a very clear way. Gnt left the gnt at will even as if at home. The environment is wonderful and corresponds exactly with the described, with easy access both by bus and by car, quiet and family neighborhood. All is well signaled in the environment which made it very easy. We love it and we will definitely be back soon !

Comfortable and cozy apartment. Very ventilated and quiet. We were very well received and were able to communicate easily and quickly as soon as we arrived in Vitória. The stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well organized and very cozy. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and super well located, with everything nearby — supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops in general. You can get a lot done on foot! The host was always available and attentive, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it, would definitely come back!

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, with everything you need. New and well-maintained furniture! Very well chosen decoration. Easy access and great communication. The only problem is the shower switch (circuit breaker) that trips all the time. I believe it should be an easy problem for the owner to solve. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! The location is excellent, with a supermarket on the same street and even a mini mall that makes everyday life much easier. The apartment is new, well finished, super clean and extremely cozy, we felt at home! In addition, the host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to help with whatever was needed. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Sr Marcos has a great space! Comfortable Mto, close to everything. Attentive Mto providing support for questions and great indications of places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not even a bad thing but in my view it bothered me a little, it was the protection screen that hinders the view and prevents from appreciating such a blz...
