Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia de Martin de Sa

The apartment is exactly as described, I felt in my own apartment, all beautiful, organized, with utensils in the kitchen, air conditioning, the decoration is beautiful, has an oven, microwave and even watering hole! Since we don't like bustling beach we end up going to other beaches, but it's nearby too to get around. I'll definitely come back more often. The Hosts are to be congratulated!!!

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment. Great infrastructure. Direct beach access is sensational. The host, Mr. Agnelo, treated us super well.

The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when because of the mosquitoes there are a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, the whole city has it! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Other than that tip, everything is perfect, we will return

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. Amazing property 5 min walk from Martin de Sá beach! With a large and well-kept pool, the house still surprises with two gardens – one in the charming courtyard, and the other in the backyard, where a couple of canaries delight. The outdoor area is perfect for outdoor dining, with two barbecues and a wood-fired pizza oven. Inside the house, comfort reigns: two cozy rooms - one with TV and wooden details, ideal for movies, and the other without TV, next to the fireplace, perfect for family moments. The kitchen is complete, the rooms are spacious (all equipped with a ceiling fan) and the mezzanine becomes a little corner to relax or play. The garage holds 4 cars, except pick-ups. I will definitely return. Host Talita is attentive and proactive, ensuring a perfect stay!

Nataly is a hostess dream, extremely solicitous, kind and flexible. The house is perfect, it was one of our best accommodations! We are sure to be back soon. If you're in doubt about renting this property, don't stay, you won't regret anything at all.

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Great Stay!! Awesome facilities and conservation

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we were comfortable during the stay and he attended to us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot.
