Condo holiday rentals in Prati, Rome

It’s such a beautiful and peaceful accommodation near Popolo Square! The transportation is convenient too, and thanks to that, I had a wonderful time in Rome.

Mimma and Claudia’s property was a great find in Rome. It’s in a quiet part of Rome (Prati district)…away from the crowds. It’s close to the Ottoviano Metro station (5-10 min walk), which makes it very easy to get around Rome and it’s a short walk to the Vatican. The surrounding community and restaurants were full of locals, grocery store across the street from the property, local boutique stores in the area. A great location. As for the the property, it’s is very spacious we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) - this property has 3 bedrooms - 1 with and en-suite bathroom (for the adults) and our boys each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning which was great. My wife and I used the outside terrace every night to enjoy drinks and talk about our day. The hosts have rightly earned the title of AirBnB Super-hosts. They were the most organized hosts we met on our trip…highly recommend this property for privacy but easy access to all of Rome.

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Edoardo was a fantastic host. His space is right next to the train station and is easily accessible to the top sightseeing spots in Rome. I highly recommend eating in the area as well. What stood out the most for me was how helpful and responsive he was during my stay. The fire alarm in the unit was low on battery (not his fault) and it began to sound off, I messaged Edoardo late at night and he had his team who is managing the property there on site very fast to solve the problem. Some could complain but really, how he was able to get somebody there to fix the issue and solve the problem so fast was impressive. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Rome to stay at this Airbnb especially if you want something more private and away from all the tourists. It was a great stay, thank you Edoardo!

We had a great time in Gianluca's apartment and of course in Rome. Checking in and out was very comfortable and above all very flexible. Thank you for that. He took the time to show us the apartment and the surrounding area with its possibilities. He also explained to us the sights of Rome, as well as the use of public transport, taxis, etc. and gave us restaurant recommendations... no questions remained unanswered. We'll be back.

Located very close to the Vatican Museums, the rooftop offers a stunning sunset view in the evening. From the window, you can admire the dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Just a short walk downstairs, there’s a supermarket and affordable breakfast spots. With easy metro access to all major attractions, it was a perfect experience.

Loved the location and the apartment. Will stay here again.

200 meters from the subway and bus stations on the corner, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. The apartment is very large and clean. Nothing more to say, everything was fine

This is a fantastic accommodation; lovely flat, in a great location. Great cafes and lively bars nearby, but very quiet inside the apartment. We were able to walk to all the major sights, including the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Roman Forum, Colosseum and the Vatican. Matteo is a very friendly and helpful host; extremely responsive to messages and always with excellent suggestions. If you come to Rome I would strongly recommend you stay in this apartment. We were still late, arrived at more than 10pm , and Catharine still took all the necessary time to show us around the apartment, guide us for our stay, give us a large amount of information for our trips . Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
