Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

We loved our stay in Rome & Federico is an amazing host! He was super responsive and gave us the best recommendations of restaurants and local attractions for our short stay. The apartment was luxurious and in a prime location. Hope to be back soon!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Very clean and spacious. Perfect place for families with little ones as is walking distance to St. Peter’s Basilica and restaurants. Location felt very safe during night time. Lots of people out till around midnight.

This place is fabulous! I fell in love with the photos and immediately knew I must book this location. It goes way beyond the photos and reviews, though, because Giorgio is a superb host! I cannot express enough how welcoming and thoughtful Giorgio is and he dedicates himself to providing incredible attention to his guests. Every question was answered and assistance provided from the moment of booking until the date of departure. The home was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. The air conditioner was a must and performed superbly. The electric blackout window coverings were so unique and worked incredibly. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. There are so many sites to see and explore and also tons of shopping and food galore! Giorgio coordinated a private driver for us at airport pickup as well as last day train departure which was a relief. Don’t forget to bring cash for drivers!

Eva was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The place was very neat and clean. Great location with a lot of options for food. We really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this AirBnB.

This apartment was utterly perfect!!! It was in the best location, was only a 10-15 min walk to absolutely everything. The room was super clean and had all the facilities we needed (hairdryer, kettle etc). We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone who’s looking to visit Rome. The owners also communicated so well throughout the whole process and even arranged a transfer from the airport to the apparent for us. Utterly a 10/10, we will defiantly be staying here again.

We had a great stay with our family. Michele is a great host and the place is in a great neighborhood with everything you need (grocery, shopping and restaurants) walking distance away. Close walk to the Vatican and also metro lines. Michele is also very nice and a great host!

El departamento de Mario y el mismo Mario son lo que se necesita para garantizar unos días divinos en Roma. Ubicación: El departamento está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de las principales atracciones de Roma, facilitando su recorrido a pie sin problema. Esta en una zona de callecitas con gastronomía buenísima!, tiendas, comercios y actividad nocturna. El departamento por dentro: Impecable! Además cómodo y completo. Y finalmente Mario, encantador, atento y a disposición! Tanto que hasta nos permitió retirarnos más tarde y no nos cobró. Como decía al principio: todo una garantía para pasar un tiempo precioso en Roma. Lo super recomendamos! Gracias Mario!!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous apartment and the balcony in the evenings was perfect after a day of exploring. With our 3 children it was in perfect walking distance of parks, playgrounds and the Colloseum. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Valentina was really helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. Thank you SO much for the amazing hospitality!!

The apartment was everything as described and photographed. Super convenient to visit the Vatican and in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find and enter the apartment and the ability to drop off our luggage before check-in time. Stefano was super responsive to any messages and sent a great list of restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was the perfect space for a family of 5. Thanks for a great stay!

Claudia was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight came in late in the evening and she adjusted to greet us personally and walk us through the home. She set up an extra cot for us in advance. Everything was straightforward and easy. She answered any question we had about the accommodations and the city very quickly. The location was perfect. We were celebrating the Jubilee and the Vatican was just a 5 minute walk away. Other locations were easily accessible via bus or metro. Just watch out for the pickpockets, we were almost pickpocketed three times in just the 4 days we were there! I guess we really looked like tourists. :-)

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

we had a great stay. The place was as described. It was very roomy and clean. Rome was very hot during our visit but the air conditioning worked great. Even on hot days we could spend some time comfortably in the afternoons with just a fan. The bathrooms were nicely updated and it was great to have a washing machine. Wifi worked great and neighborhood wasn't too noisy at night at all. Most places we wanted to see were walking distance. Would love to stay here again.
