Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Prati, Rome

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Very clean and spacious. Perfect place for families with little ones as is walking distance to St. Peter’s Basilica and restaurants. Location felt very safe during night time. Lots of people out till around midnight.

This apartment was utterly perfect!!! It was in the best location, was only a 10-15 min walk to absolutely everything. The room was super clean and had all the facilities we needed (hairdryer, kettle etc). We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone who’s looking to visit Rome. The owners also communicated so well throughout the whole process and even arranged a transfer from the airport to the apparent for us. Utterly a 10/10, we will defiantly be staying here again.

We had a great stay with our family. Michele is a great host and the place is in a great neighborhood with everything you need (grocery, shopping and restaurants) walking distance away. Close walk to the Vatican and also metro lines. Michele is also very nice and a great host!

Amazing location in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of all major historic landmarks. The apartment itself was lovely and matched the photos perfectly. As noted in the description, the stairs are quite narrow and can be difficult to manage with large, heavy luggage—something to keep in mind if you’re unable to carry bags up two flights. Also, be aware that due to Rome’s regulations, the AC is preset to 24°C and cannot be adjusted. This felt quite warm for us, especially since we’re used to 18°C—our baby ended up sweating through the night.

We had a fantastic stay at Livia’s apartment in Rome. The space was spotless, stylish and exactly as pictured, and the balcony’s view over Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese is truly sublime—worth a trip to Rome on its own. The location is unbeatable: just steps from the metro and within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the old-town shopping district and the Tiber, with both the Forum and Vatican City a comfortable stroll away. Local recommendations were spot-on, communication with Livia was proactive, responsive and flexible, and check-in was seamless also thanks to Mauro. Would we recommend it? Absolutely. Would we stay again? Without question—we felt right at home

Great location to walk and see all the major sights in Rome. Good AC for the heat in Rome. Washer and Dryer combo was great for clothes. Very safe with multiple layers of security.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

The apartment is located in a nice area, close to a beautiful viewpoint of Rome. It is beautifully decorated, safe, quiet, and provides everything you need. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous apartment and the balcony in the evenings was perfect after a day of exploring. With our 3 children it was in perfect walking distance of parks, playgrounds and the Colloseum. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Valentina was really helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. Thank you SO much for the amazing hospitality!!

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

The apartment was everything as described and photographed. Super convenient to visit the Vatican and in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find and enter the apartment and the ability to drop off our luggage before check-in time. Claudia was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight came in late in the evening and she adjusted to greet us personally and walk us through the home. She set up an extra cot for us in advance. Everything was straightforward and easy. She answered any question we had about the accommodations and the city very quickly. The location was perfect. We were celebrating the Jubilee and the Vatican was just a 5 minute walk away. Other locations were easily accessible via bus or metro. Just watch out for the pickpockets, we were almost pickpocketed three times in just the 4 days we were there! I guess we really looked like tourists. :-)

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

we had a great stay. The place was as described. It was very roomy and clean. Rome was very hot during our visit but the air conditioning worked great. Even on hot days we could spend some time comfortably in the afternoons with just a fan. The bathrooms were nicely updated and it was great to have a washing machine. Wifi worked great and neighborhood wasn't too noisy at night at all. Most places we wanted to see were walking distance. Would love to stay here again.
