Everything is clean and equipped with the essentials. Easy check in and check out. Great communication. Glad to come back if in the region.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Beautiful accommodation with extremely friendly hosts. We spent a relaxing time in a very quiet environment, which offers many great hiking trails and excursion possibilities. The apartment was sparkling clean, very cozy and exactly as described. Everything was perfectly organized and lovingly prepared. Overall, a really successful and relaxed stay, which we enjoyed very much!

Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and cozy places we stayed at during our entire trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a bit of trouble finding the property, but they kindly met us in person and guided us with clear instructions, which immediately set the tone for how warm and attentive they are. Every detail of the stay was thoughtfully curated, from the spotless rooms to the incredible hospitality. Each morning, they prepared a fresh homemade breakfast for us before our hikes, which made the experience even more special. It felt like staying with family in the best way possible. This stay was truly one of a kind, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille for such a memorable and heartwarming experience!

We had the first floor flat and used it as a base to ski nearby with our two children. Location is convenient and the flat was really good, super clean and comfortable. The host was very proactive and helpful at the check-in. The only thing to correct is the address, setting it in the navigator takes you on the wrong side of town. I recommend the place and be back there again !

It was a great pleasure to stay here! Leona and Alfred were very friendly and open, providing a warm welcoming and all instructions we needed. They were also very flexible when it comes to arrival and departure times making it as convenient as possible for us. We also got an option to use an extra room in the apartment if needed. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, you can feel there 'like at home'. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with great landscapes and ski facilities nearby. The accommodation was great - especially the owner Simone was super accommodating, friendly and welcomed us warmly and supported us during our stay. The view was gigantic and the apartment was also totally beautiful and modernly furnished and equipped. Absolute recommendation! Again and again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍
