Monthly Rentals in Predjama

My husband Peter and I had a fantastic time at Grega and Katarina's home. Their cottage was comfortable, clean, spacious, and homey. The location is absolutely perfect - it's a farm maybe 5 minutes from the city of Postojna, which gives you the peace and quiet of a rural area while being close enough to enjoy all the city amenities. It's also perfectly positioned near the Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. In my opinion, the prices were extremely fair considering how much space we had and the incredible breakfast included - for just €9 per person, we enjoyed a huge, delicious homemade breakfast with all fresh items from their farm: yogurt, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, butter, coffee, milk, jam, honey, and bread. We had a wonderful time befriending Grega and Katarina, who were very kind and gracious hosts and answered all our questions about farm life. We would definitely return and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Tamara was an excellent host - the apartment was carefully and thoughtfully equipped and she was friendly, informative and avaiable. We had a great time staying in a very nice place

Mario’s place was clean and just a 5 minute walk to Predjama castle. Beds were comfortable and they even left a bottle of wine for us.

Place was clean, nicely done, kitchen had all you could need. One of the few that passed the toilet roll and garbage bag test, ie provided enough of each to last our total stay. (I hate it when you pay for 3 days and they give you 1 toilet roll and 1 trash bag.) Rok even dropped off extra (discreetly left at front door) even though we didn't need it. The goats were fun to have at the property and kids spent a good hour hanging out with them, even giving some of them names based on their behaviour. Location is close enough (by car) to all things nearby , while having the peace and quiet of a rural location. Really enjoyed the terrace and had all our meals outside. We didn't see any mosquitoes, even though we found many anti-mosquito devices, we didn't need them. Probably only comment to be aware of is that the bedrooms have thin rollers that mean in the summer it is bright in the bedroom quite early. If you are not used to that...like us...we were now all up at 7am every day :-)
