Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Přední Výtoň

We booked Marion's apartment for our family getaway trip and it we couldn't pick better! The apartment is very cosy and provides everything you might possibly need on such trip. Marion provided clear instructions on how to get around the apartment and check-in/check-out. Besides the great location, we really appreciated the services from shopping mall that is just elevator ride down from the flat and also private parking in the building garage. Overall we really recommend this place when staying in Linz!

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

Beautifully decorated and renovated apartment in the City plaza, with beautiful views. Had all the mentioned amenities. Host was responsive and friendly. Guided for correction of number of guests as it effects city tax collection. Good area to enjoy natural beauty though a bit far from Lakes and big cities, so personal transport is must if you are planning to visit.

Amazing Place to stay.

An apartment just near the main street, close to the river and central neighborhood with outstanding attractions such as the Castle Museum, Lentos Museum of Modern Art, Electronic Arts Center... totally walkable. There is private parking right next to the house- a great plus in Linz. There was just a little confusion initially finding the house as the apartment is on the backside, side street. Close to the road so if you open the window it will be a little noisy, but overall no problem. If you travel Linz by car highly recommend you here

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

Communication with Alice was great, really very nice and accommodating. Could/were also allowed to check in a little earlier than planned. The house, front yard and back garden are really nice and big, all exactly like the pictures. It just needs to be noted that you are very dependent on a car. Currently, there are no sidewalks yet.

We felt at home from the first moment - the house, the surroundings and the loving design made our stay unforgettable. The tranquility and the nature all around invite you to relax, and you can feel in every detail how much heart and soul Astrid and Michael have put into creating this special little piece of earth. Very nice place! Very convenient accommodation and super well equipped

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is even better than the pictures on Airbnb. It was very spacious and clean and had an enclosed back garden which the dog loved. it was perfectly situated for the National Forest and other areas of interest locally. We would definitely come again.

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. The apartment is nice and cozy. The bedroom is pretty small but we managed to fit even the additional mattress in there (as there were 6 of us). The living room was spacious enough for all of us through the day. As it still was quite cold outside we used wood stove which heated the place easily and kept it warm through the whole night. Sarah and Daniel were very helpful. When we needed anything, they reacted immediately and helped. Sarah also gave us useful tips for visiting with kids (eg. a beautiful forest play area Waldspielgelände in Spiegelau). We highly recommend this place!
