Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Přední Výtoň

The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

The accommodation is ideal for families with children. In the barn, there are many fleets such as tractors, bicycles, excavators, hay, etc...and 2 large swings. A paradise for children!! By the stream, hammocks invite you to dream. In the kitchen, everything you need for large families is available. Pots and dishes. We were very pleased!!!

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

We have now been to the house in the forest for the second time and this time it was wonderful! The location directly on the edge of the forest is perfect and the furnishings in the house leave nothing to be desired. Directly from the house you can do beautiful hikes. I'm sure we'll be back a 3rd time:)

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. The place is very tasteful and cozy. The terrace with its view is ideal for sitting outside. The host is always making every effort to ensure that guests lack nothing. We had a very nice time with Gerlinde and Rainer and will definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. High praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is as extinct! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place alive. There is no cafe, no ice cream parlor... that was very unfortunate. We always had to go to other places for this.

Central location, cozy furnishings that now look a little unloving due to the many stays. Great view over Linz, super quiet location and yet fast in the city and on public transport. Communication also went great, Klaus responded quickly and accurately. Thank you!

We felt comfortable with Michaela all around. The apartment really leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished and decorated. You feel like home. It was also very clean. Eric's place is really nice. you have a great view at the lake and a lot of sun all day. enough room for 4 people. also the pool was very clean. we will come again for sure :)

We had a lovely stay at this chalet! Beautifully located, though not quite as lonely as the pictures suggest. Very friendly and straightforward contact with hosts. Good amenities and general condition. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but that suited us. located 15 minutes from the obri hrac hike, which offers a friendly view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth a visit. responsive hosts, but inquire in advance about the possibilities of activities in the area. Washing machine in common with the other listing.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We had a great stay in the villa for 9. Everything as in the pictures, great pool and garden and beautiful view. Communication and check-in were also smooth and easy. Would come back anytime :)

It's definitely a great choice for first-time visitors to Passau. Very fortunate, my journey to Passau can begin here!

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
