Welcome to the charming seaside resort of Préfailles. Enjoy the charm of our 8-bed house ideally located in the heart of the village. You can do anything on foot: -The center is a 5-min walk: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, newsstand, convenience store, cinema, cafes, restaurants, post office, tennis club, bike rental, "Grand Bazar" and market (Wednesday and Saturday). From the house, you can also reach Pornic by the coastal path on foot or by bike.

Duplex apartment located in the small chic seaside resort of Préfailles. The beach is only 100 meters from the accommodation. Shops and the market are at the door of the accommodation. A large swimming pool is available within this quiet and secure residence. You will have a private parking space. In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...
