Welcome to the charming seaside resort of Préfailles. Enjoy the charm of our 8-bed house ideally located in the heart of the village. You can do anything on foot: -The center is a 5-min walk: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, newsstand, convenience store, cinema, cafes, restaurants, post office, tennis club, bike rental, "Grand Bazar" and market (Wednesday and Saturday). From the house, you can also reach Pornic by the coastal path on foot or by bike.

Our apartment is located upstairs in an old shipowner's house full of charm. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a quiet terrace, bathroom and kitchen-living room. In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...

My place is within a 5-minute walk of the city center and beaches. You will appreciate it because of the tranquility, the view, the volume and the clarity of the rooms. Designed to welcome us with our friends, their children and our children's friends, my accommodation is good for families (up to three couples and eight children or two couples and ten children).
