House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.
