Villa holiday rentals in Premantura

We wanted a functional Villa with great facilities for our family of 5, with a pool and that’s exactly what we got. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were excellent. Two good mini-marts within easy walking distance if you run out of drinks or snacks. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Six of us spent 1 week in Kurili. We really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and spacious garden by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was in use almost every day. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipment top-notch - we simply lacked nothing! 🤗

We stayed at Andrea's place for 11 nights to 5 (4 adults, 1 teenager). Everything met our expectations. Super well maintained house with top amenities (e.g. all necessary equipment in the kitchen) , quiet location, shopping nearby. We definitely recommend the place!

The accommodation was simply mega beautiful. With our little daughter just a dream... everything you need was there, there was even a playroom with table tennis, darts, bow and many other games. The private pool was very nice and was cleaned every 2 days. Nikolina was very friendly and also greeted us personally and showed us the accommodation. As a welcome gift we got in-house olive oil, pasta, truffles and a bottle of wine. The house is in a very quiet little village about 20min from Rovinj. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend quiet holidays with family. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

The villa was really great, as on the pictures, nothing was missing. The pool was great nice and big and it also had a lounging area to relax

we spent a family vacation in Elvis' villa (two adults and three children) and we had a great time, the description and photos correspond to what we found, Elvis and his wife were very nice and helpful, we recommend both the villa and the area.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Adrian offered us an earlier check-in on his own, which was very convenient for our arrival. The handover was quick and easy. The outdoor area was great for our group of 8 people, due to the various seating/lounging areas you also had the opportunity for some privacy in the outdoor area. The amenities were very good, only a soap dispenser was missing in some bathrooms as well as a tea towel in the kitchen. There was everything you need for grilling. The 2 residential units are structurally separate, the larger and better equipped main kitchen is located in one of the two buildings. Unfortunately, the water for showering was still cold in the morning, but we could overlook it. With a taxi/Uber you can get to the city in 5-10 minutes. Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super communicative and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.

The place is super nicely decorated and exceeded our expectations. With a gym, pool table, foosball and dart, the accommodation had the right replacement program for the pool even in bad weather. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We were 15 people in the Villa Sunrise in Premantura - and it was simply fantastic! The villa is very spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly designed for group travel. Each of the three floors has its own living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which gave us a lot of flexibility and comfort. The location is fantastic: only a few minutes' walk from the sea and very close to the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. We particularly enjoyed the private pool with a view of the sea - ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach or on excursions. The amenities left nothing to be desired: air conditioning in all rooms, strong WiFi, enough space for everyone and many thoughtful details that make the stay pleasant. The parking facilities directly in front of the house were also very convenient for our group with several cars. Valter as a host was super friendly, always available and gave us great tips for the area.

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

We had a great week with our family. We were all together but everyone had their private area ( each room with private bathroom and balcony) In the area everyone will find something (sea with coves to chill, cliffs for jumping, bike paths, natural park, cities, harbor, good restaurants and ice cream parlors, everything for shopping and a nice cafe bar) And who doesn't like out of the house at all has a large kitchen with large table, a nice pool with lots of loungers and a barbecue area with a large table ... just everything there to spend a wonderful time! Thank you!

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.
