Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Premantura

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

The apartment is really close to the amphitheater, just a minute walk up the road. It is also within a short walking distance to all the main restaurants, bars and sights. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a night or few nights stay. Would really recommend!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped, it contains everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, in the very center of the city. Communication with Simon was excellent, he always responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. All recommendations!

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

I would absolutely recommend Villa Carla to anyone visiting Pula. It’s located in a quiet lovely neighborhood with a supermarket and the beach within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, spacious and offered everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. Robert is a fantastic host, he is always available for questions/requests and makes sure his guests are happy at all times. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would love to be back someday.

It was a wonderful vacation. Tanja was super friendly and accommodating. There was a welcome wine and small sweets waiting for us and there were treats for our dog. The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. Bathroom and garden were newly made and beautiful. Tanja is a super great host and we would definitely come back!😊

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

Supermarket within walking distance. Very nice and well-kept house! Clean & nice swimming pool and beautiful comfortable sun beds. Friendly owners.

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

What an amazing stay. The outside area of the place is perfect with a pool, bbq, shaded outside lounge and a huge table for eating. This is ideal as the weather is so great you only need to go inside to sleep! The master bedroom is spotless and all rooms are air conditioned. The location is perfect with easy access to Pula and the motorway to Rovinj, so lots to do. To cap it all the local pizza restaurant is excellent if you do not want to drive anywhere. Snjezana is a very responsive host and dealt with our questions promptly.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt right at home. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We loved it so much that we reserved for next year. Looking forward to it! Warm greetings to everyone we got to know

There is absolutely nice flat for the family or couples, I like shower on terrace. stable WiFi. back door to the forest close to small beach

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Was simply lovely. Mall was just 2 min from the apartement and overall the location was very good!

Marina's place is perfect for a nice stay in Pula! Marina also gave us a lot of information about activities and the surroundings, also was really quick to respond and proactive. I recommend you her apartment for sure :)
