Monthly Rentals in Presqu'île du Cap Ferrat

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!

We had an excellent stay at Svetlana's flat. Getting off-street parking in Cap Ferat is not easy, but Svetlana's place comes with the perfect spot which was a huge bonus for us. You can walk straight to the harbour for restaurants and all the best beaches are within walking distance. A very well-located flat in beautiful Cap Ferat.

Christian’s Airbnb felt like home away from home. Super well appointed and close to all the beaches in the best location of St. Jean. We didn’t want to leave and could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Julien’s. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and beaches. The apartment is furnished with quality stuff, from linens to hand soaps.
